About Skyliner II office

Skyliner II is a modern skyscraper with a height of 130 meters, representing the second phase of the flagship office complex of the Karimpol Group on Warsaw's Wola. The building offers a total of 24,000 m² of space at the highest standard, with the majority consisting of intelligently designed Class A office spaces. The investment harmoniously complements the architecture of the first tower, and both parts are connected by a shared, glazed podium with a commercial and service character. A distinguishing feature of the project is green roof terraces with a total area of nearly 900 m², which offer employees unique relaxation zones and spaces for creative work in the open air.
