Varso Tower is a modern complex, offering a total of approx. 140,000 comfortable office and service space for lease. Tenants will have prestigious and flexibly arranged offices at their disposal. As part of the project, three buildings will be built, including a slender, 310-meter-high glass skyscraper (with an 80-meter spire). On the roof of the skyscraper, at an altitude of 230 meters, there will be a public observation deck. The location enables efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are numerous bus and tram stops, the Warszawa Ochota railway station, a bit further the Rondo ONZ metro station and the Centrum metro station. A drive to the Chopin Airport in Warsaw takes approx. 20 minutes. The location in the very center of the city allows you to take full advantage of the capital's commercial and service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer.
