Vaillant Group with new office in Katowice's .KTW I
German company Vaillant, which has been operating on the Polish market for 30 years, is opening its second office in our country. Expanding its IT and Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics departments, the Vaillant Group has leased 900 sqm of space in Katowice's .KTW I office building. Ultimately, the company is to move to the .KTW II building where it will occupy 1,400 sqm of office space.
Orange a new tenant of V.Offices in Krakow
Krakow's V.Offices office building located on November 29 Avenue is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in our country. Offering more than 21,400 sqm of space, the building offers, among other things, charging facilities for electric cars, as well as bicycle stations and sanitary facilities for cyclists. The office building has received BREEM , "Internatlional New Construction" certification at the Outstanding level, with a score of 98.87%. As of October 2022, more than 2,000 sqm has been occupied by Orange, a leader in the Polish fixed-line telephony, Internet and data transmission market.
Four companies extend their leases with Malta Office Park
Locotranssped, GRENKE, Data System and ASTEK Polska have extended their existing leases with the building managed by EPP, Malta Office Park. In total, the four companies have more than 1,600 sqm at their disposal. Located on Lake Malta, the complex consists of six office buildings, owned by Henderson Park, with a 70% stake, and the aforementioned EPP company, which holds a 30% stake and also manages the complex.
The tallest building in Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex with another tenant
Wunderman Thompson Technology has relocated its headquarters to Poznan's Nowy Rynek office complex. The Nowy Rynek E building will have an area of about 28,500 sqm and will be completed in the second quarter of 2023, being one of five buildings in the said complex.

SD Worx new tenant at KTW complex in Katowice, Poland
Nearly 1,500 sqm of the .KTW office complex in Katowice will be at the disposal of European HR and payroll solutions provider SD Worx. The company is the second tenant in the .KTW II office building located adjacent to Katowice's Spodek.
The Park Kraków office complex is expanding
The Park Krakow is a complex of modern office buildings. Ultimately, it will offer about 100,000 sqm of workspace in eight buildings. The first tenant will soon move into the first office building, while construction work on the second building and design work on four more buildings is underway in parallel.

LSEG leases seven floors at Tri-City Office Park
Nearly 8,400 sqm of office space in one of the towers of the 3T Office Park complex will be at the disposal of the largest branch of the London Stock Exchange in Poland. The deal, signed in November, represents the largest relocation in the Tri-City office market in all of 2022. LSE will occupy two units on the first floor with a total area of 457 sqm and 7 floors in Building C with an area of 7,880 sqm.
Warsaw Brewery hailed as world's best urban regeneration
Echo Investment received the MAPIC Awards 2022 in the Best Urban Regeneration category for the Warsaw Brewery. Years ago, the country's most famous beer was brewed here.
