Bolero Office Point 2 with new owner
The Bolero Office Point 2 building, previously owned by Real Management S.A., has been sold to the Interpierre Europe Centrale fund, an SCPI managed by PAREF Gestion. Bolero Office Point 2 is an office and technology building completed in 2020. It consists of 3 floors that offer a total of 1,945 sqm of office space. In addition, the building offers a laboratory area fully equipped for various types of research. Located in Warsaw at 4 Równoległa Street, it has a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the "Very Good" level.
Lodz Business House with a new tenant
Rhinegene Poland, a company operating in the biotechnology market, has moved into the Business House office building, located at 47/49 Gdanska Street in Lodz. The company will have about 300 sqm of space at its disposal, where, in addition to the office and warehouse area, it will also start its activities in the laboratory and laboratory instrument service.
Next stage of work on the Widzew Manufaktura site
When completed, Widzew Manufaktura will become one of the most important completed investments in Lodz. The 9,000 sqm park, which is more than 100 years old, will be transformed into a multifunctional space housing offices and apartments. The complex will consist of retail and service units and more than 30,000 sqm of office space. In total, the entire project will focus on the revitalization of four buildings. Construction work is entering the next phase. Currently, internal and external installations have already been completed, infrastructure such as stairs for the disabled has been prepared, as well as the layout of roads and walkways.
NatWest Group with new office in Wroclaw, Poland
One of the largest banks in the UK, NatWest, will open its second office in Poland. The CitySpace Midpoint 71 building in Wrocław, located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, has been chosen as the location. MidPoint 71 is the largest office building to be completed in 2022 in Wroclaw.
Grid Dynamics chooses CU Office for its new headquarters
Grid Dynamics, which has been operating in Poland since 2015, is present in four cities in our country. The leading provider of consulting, data science and engineering services plans to employ an additional 200 specialists in Wroclaw alone by the end of the year. Accordingly, the company has decided on a new office in the city, choosing the CU Office A building located at 13 Jaworska Street.
Comarch moves into new office in Bielsko-Biała

Lodz Hi Piotrkowska office building in CS:GO game
The Hi Piotrkowska building in CS:GO was created with 57 unique textures and is a reflection of a real building. The project was made by one of the most popular mappers in Poland Mateusz Pacuła. The Lodz office building is ERBUD Group's second project, following Hala Koszyki, which was transferred to the world of the popular CS game.
Kredyt Inkaso S.A. moves to Zana 39 office building
Located in the center of Lublin, the Zana 39 office building has a new tenant. The Kredyt Inkaso S.A. company will have the entire 8th floor at its disposal. Zana 39 is an office building with a total area of 6,100 sqm. The building is located at the intersection of Tomasz Zana and Filaretów streets. The tenant was supported in the selection of the target location by agents from Brookfield Partners.
New tenants in Skyliner high-rise building
The Skyliner skyscraper, located at the Daszyńskiego traffic circle in Warsaw, has signed agreements with 11 new tenants in 2022, making the office building already more than 80% leased. Among the office's tenants are companies such as Coca-Cola Polska, MicroStrategy, DXC Technology, Wento, Bolt, Aon, Booksy, and X-Trade Brokers. The Skyliner office building offers a total of 49,000 sqm of workspace, spread over 42 floors. The office building has the highest office lobby in Poland with a height of as much as 16 meters and a two-story Skybar. Under the building there is a five-level car parking for 428 spaces and 330 bicycles with the necessary infrastructure.
Face2Face Business Campus has a new manager
Face2Face Business Campus is one of the three largest office projects in Katowice, with nearly 47,000 sqm of office space. Tenants of the office building include Campgemini, Honeywell, Orange and Medicover Polska. The owner of the building, a joint venture between the Czech fund Investika realitní fond and Luxembourg private equity investor Bud Holdings, has entrusted the investment management to the Savills consulting firm.
