Tenants extend leases at Promenady Business Park
The leading heating company, which has been a tenant in the ZITA building belonging to the Promenady Business Park complex since 2014, has decided to extend its lease. Companies such as Imprel S.A., Quatar Airways and MFinanse also lease their offices in the complex. ZITA is one of two buildings that make up the Promenady Business Park complex in Wroclaw. The A-class standard office building has an area exceeding 21,000 sqm.
SAP to move into Varso Tower
The Polish branch of SAP has signed a lease agreement in the Varso Tower office building. The team of the international company will have at its disposal nearly 1,400 sqm of office space located on the eleventh floor of the building. SAP has been present on the Polish market for more than 25 years. It is engaged in supporting the digital transformation of businesses, providing solutions designed by it.
Quickwork Premium in Wroclaw Quorum
Quickwork will launch its first premium office in Wroclaw's Quorum complex. The Polish company is launching a new quality of serviced offices, and the said development will be their first in the building. Tenants will have 1,700 sqm of modern office space at their disposal, including an operator-operated reception desk, conference rooms, kitchen, canteen and private offices.
Joint 47/49 fully leased
The boutique office building Wspólna 47/49 is now fully leased. More than 4,000 sqm were leased in the office building last year, with companies such as Enervigo and the Future for Ukraine Foundation joining its tenants. Thus, 100% of the commercial space in the building is already leased.
Cherry Business Park sold
Cromwell Property Group Poland, which owns the Wiśniowy Business Park complex, has sold all its shares to a Hungarian investor. The Wiśniowy Business Park office complex has a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the Very Good level, and offers its tenants a total of more than 40,000 sqm of office space.
Ocean Office Park B with occupancy permit
The office building located on Klimeckiego street in Cracow - Ocean Office Park B has received a use permit. The first tenants will soon move into the building, which will offer a total of 26,500 sqm of leasable space. Nearly half of the space in the office building has already been leased, and one of the companies that has already taken advantage of the complex's offer is InPost.
CEMEX Poland extends lease agreement at The Park Warsaw
Building materials company CEMEX Poland has decided to stay in its current location and extend its lease agreement for office space at The park Warsaw. About 2,000 sqm of space remains at the company's disposal. The Park Warsaw complex consists of ten Class A buildings. The office buildings have received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
BNI stays in Warsaw Trade Tower
An international business organization bringing together a global community of business leaders has renewed its lease agreement for office space in Warsaw Trade Tower. What's more, the company has decided to lease additional space in the office building. In total, BNI will have over 3,300 sqm of space at its disposal on the 29th and 38th floors. Warsaw Trade Tower is one of the most distinctive buildings in our nation's capital. The building is 208 meters high and offers its tenants a total of 46,800 sqm of space. It was put into use in 1999.
mBank moves to Cavatina Hall
Employees of the mBank branch in Bielsko-Biała will move to Cavatina Hall. The bank will have the fourth floor in Building A at its disposal, offering space of up to almost 800 sqm. Cavatian Hall is a multifunctional complex of office buildings, located in the very center of Bielsko-Biała. The office buildings have received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health-Safety Rating.
SB Software extends lease agreement at Black Pearl
SB Software has decided to extend its current lease agreement in Szczecin's Black Pearl office building, and additionally leased another 700 sqm of office space. The company's managers justified their decision by the excellent location of the office building, which is a great convenience for the company's employees and clients.
