New tenants in Aeropark complex buildings
One of the most modern research institutions in Europe, the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Aerospace Institute will move into Warsaw's Aeropark office complex. The Institute's employees will occupy more than 3,700 sqm in the Zephirus and Nothus buildings as early as Q2 2023.
Volt to move into Warsaw's Lumen office building
Wolt will move into Warsaw's Lumen office building in the second quarter of this year. The company, which specializes in fast food delivery services from local restaurants, will have nearly 900 sqm at its disposal in the building located on Zlota Street. The Lumen office building is part of the prestigious Skylight & Lumen complex located in the very center of the capital, adjacent to the famous Złote Tarasy shopping mall, among others. Both buildings offer a total of 49,000 sqm of office space. The complex has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health & Safety certificate.
Softswiss with new office in Generation Park Z
Softswiss, which employs 1,400 people worldwide and 300 in Poznań, has decided to open a second office in Poland. Nearly 100 people working for the Warsaw branch will have the 10th floor of the Generation Park Z office building located at 28 Towarowa Street at their disposal. Generation park Z is an A-class office complex, whose tallest skyscraper has as many as 38 floors. The complex offers a total of 82,000 sqm of total space.
GoE WELLNESS moves into Kraków's Eximius Park
British startup GoE WELLNESS, which is leading its expansion into European markets, has decided on an office in Krakow's Eximius Park 200 office building. The company, which supports healthy and active lifestyles and produces healthy food, will have over 800 sqm of space at its disposal. Eximius Park 200 is an office building located at 200 Krakow Street, which offers its tenants 11,500 sqm of office space.
Katowice's DL Tower with new tenants
Located in Katowice on Korfantego Avenue, the distinctive DL Tower office building has signed lease agreements with new tenants. Canon and NDI S.A. have just joined the existing companies, such as PKP Cargo, which have offices in DL Tower. DL Tower is a modern Class A office building offering 16,500 sqm of office space spread over 14 floors.
P180 office building with LEED platinum certification
Warsaw's P180 office building was the first building in this part of Europe to use low-carbon concrete for its construction. This reduced the level of carbon dioxide required for its production by as much as 42%. The office building itself uses a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which are reflected in real numbers. The building's managers emphasize that its energy consumption is 48% lower than that of a standard office building of this type. What's more, during the year, the technology used in the building saves nearly 4 million water and reduces CO2 emissions by more than 3,900 tons. As a testament to this, the office building received LEED Core & Shell certification at the platinum level.
LUX MED Dental Center in Lodz City Gate
The LUX MED Group has decided to open a dental facility in Lodz's Brama Miasta B office building. The company plans to officially open the new offices in May this year. Brama Miasta is an office complex located near the Łódź Fabryczna train station. It offers a total of 40,800 sqm of office and service space.
PZU Health will create its facility in K2 office building in Gdynia
A PZU Health outpost will be built on the partner of the K2 office building in Gdynia, located at 2 Kielecka Street. It will start its operations in the second half of the year, and will have 815 sqm of space at its disposal. K2 is a Class A office building, offering a total of more than 11,400 sqm of office space. The office building is LEED Plattinum certified.
Public parking at Wola Center
370 - that's how many vehicles the recently opened public parking lot at Warsaw's Wola Center will accommodate. Tenants of the office building can also use the parking lot. The cost of parking is in line with the average parking rate in the area, which is PLN 6 per hour. Wola Center is an office building located at 33 Przykopowa Street, offering a total of 34,930 sqm of office, retail and service space.
Etno Cafe has found its place in Wrocław's Renoma
Polish cafe chain Etno cafe joins the ranks of tenants of one of the most distinctive buildings in Wroclaw - Renoma. The chain will have fourteen units in Wrocław alone. The café's new location, in Wrocław's Renoma, will have 160 sqm of space. Renoma's redevelopment is currently underway, having begun in March 2022. The building will ultimately offer 35,000 sqm of office space, in addition to service and retail zones.
