Sii sets its sights on Hi Piotrkowska
Two floors with a total area of about 2,400 sqm have been leased by one of the leaders in IT services in our country, Sii. Already in July, more than 500 employees will move into the Lodz office building. Sii has offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw, among others. The hi Piotrkowska complex consists of 3 buildings offering a total of 21,000 sqm of office space. The complex includes a Hampton by Hilton hotel.
GetResponse moves into Gdansk's Neon office building
Linder, from the marketing automation sector, has leased nearly 3,000 sqm of office space in the Neon office building in Gdansk. The company, whose operations began nearly 25 years ago, will occupy the 9th floor of the complex located in the Oliwa district. The Neon office building offers a total of more than 35,000 sqm of office space and 1,500 sqm of commercial space. The building has received LEED certification at the Platinum level and BREEAM In-Use certification at the Excellent level.
Another building of The Park Warsaw with BREEAM certification
Building B9, which is part of The Park Warsaw office complex, has been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. The score achieved by the building, at the design stage, was 73.5%.
New tenants in Plac Unii
Plac Unii is a unique multifunctional building located in Warsaw. Providing A+ class office space, it is located in the center of our nation's capital. R.Power and Square One Resources Polska have recently joined the ranks of Plac Unii's tenants. The former will occupy 1,350 sqm of space, while the latter mentioned company will have 650 sqm at its disposal.
Widzew Łódź moves its offices to Forum 76 complex
The Widzew Łódź club, which is playing a very good season in the Polish Premier League, has decided to move its offices to the Forum 76 office complex. Widzew's dynamic growth and increase in the number of employees meant that the existing offices located at the club's stadium offered insufficient space. Widzew Łódź will move into the said office building in July this year.
Mogilska 35 Office ready as early as this summer
A modern Class A office building is under construction at 35 Mogilska Street in the center of Krakow. The company plans to open the new conference center in September this year. Skyliner is one of the most distinctive office buildings in Warsaw. Utilizing advanced technologies, the skyscraper has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is 100% powered by renewable energy sources. The building offers its tenants a total of 49,000 sqm of office and service space.
CMS law firm to move into Varso Tower
In the Varso Tower building, the CMS law firm will occupy floors 39 through 43, giving it a total of 7,000 sqm of space at its disposal. The firm, in its decision to relocate, made the decision out of concern to provide its employees with the highest quality space, focusing on their wellbeing and community building.
New tenants in Wrocław's Sky Tower
Three new companies will join the ranks of tenants in Wroclaw's Sky Tower office building. Altkom Akademia SA, Ferber State Aid Consulting Sp. K. and Copernicus PRO will together occupy more than 400 sqm of space. Moreover, two existing tenants, Product Brew and Copernicus Sun, have extended their existing leases.
Just Join IT will open an office in Warsaw's Central Point
Two floors in the Central Point office building, with a total area of about 2,000 sqm, will be occupied by Just Join IT. Established in 2017, Just Join IT is the owner of fast-growing job portals such as justjoin.it, rocketjobs.pl and hellohr.pl. The company currently employs more than 200 people and has offices in six cities in our country. Central Point is an office building consisting of 22 floors offering a total of 18,000 sqm of leasable office space. The building is located in the center of Warsaw, at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska streets.
