ALTO to move into Gdansk Business Center later this year
ALTO has decided to lease 1280 sqm of office space at the Gdański Business Center, a modern office complex in Warsaw. 20,300 sqm of office space will be available to BNY Mellon employees in a new office located in the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław. This is the largest lease in the city since 2020. The total usable area of Centrum Południe is about 85,000 sqm, and already 93% of the office space has been leased. BNY Mellon plans to increase its workforce in the coming years and wants to provide its employees with a modern and sustainable work environment. The bank will move into the building in April 2024.
Genuine Parts Company sets its sights on Krakow's Lubicz Park
