Building B of Studio complex already with target height
55 meters - that's the target height just reached for Building B of the Studio complex, which is being built on Prosta Street in Warsaw. Construction began in August 2021, and the building will be completed in August this year and will provide 16,400 sqm of office space to the local market.
Boeing with a huge office in Rzeszów's SkyRes
Nearly 6,600 sqm of space has been leased by Boeing in the SkyRes Class A office building located on Warszawska Street in Rzeszów. The company decided to take this step due to its plans to dynamically expand its team with hundreds of new employees. Completed in 2015, Rzeszow's SkyRes office building offers a total of nearly 25,600 spaces, including more than 19,000 sqm of office space. There are also 113 parking spaces available for tenants.
Fortum increases its office in Palio Office Park
An existing tenant of Palio Office Park in Gdansk, the energy company Fortum, has decided to increase the space of its current 2,500 sqm office by another 500 sqm. The company's employees occupy space in the already completed Palio A building. The Palio Office Park office complex will consist of eight buildings and will offer a total of just under 90,000 sqm of space to the local market.
Batory Office Building II extends agreements with tenants
Three existing tenants have decided to extend their leases for office space in Warsaw's Batory Office Building II. The companies Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. (Polish branch), PMPG Polskie Media SA and Saginomiya Europe Sp. z o.o., as well as a new tenant, BGM Express Logistik, will occupy a total of just under 2,000 sqm of space. Batory Office Building II is part of the Batory Office Buildings complex located in the center of the capital, on Jerozolimskie Avenue.
Office building E of Poznań's Nowy Rynek complex with occupancy permit
The next stage of construction of the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań has been completed. Two years after the start of construction work, Building E has received a use permit, and the first tenants will move into their offices as early as July this year. In total, Skanska's "Nowy Rynek" investment will provide more than 100,000 sqm of office and service space. The said complex is located in the vicinity of the main railway station in Poznań and at the intersection of the city's most important transportation lines, which guarantees it an attractive and desirable location.
Polish chain of modern activity bars will open a location in Wrocław's Retro Office House
One of the most distinctive buildings in downtown Wroclaw, the Retro Office House, will soon boast the largest bar in Lower Silesia. The 1,300-square-meter space will be dedicated to the "Zagrywki" establishment, which will provide as many as seven recreational zones, where, in addition to the bar offer, various games and activities such as a karaoke room, crazy golf or flippers will be available for its guests.
Onwelo sets its sights on Lodz's City Gate
Polish technology company Onwelo, which specializes in creating innovative solutions in the IT sector, plans to open a new office in June this year. The company has set its sights on the Brama Miasta office building in Lodz, where it will have over 1,200 sqm of space at its disposal. Ownelo has been present on the market since 2015. It has 9 offices spread across Europe and the US and employs a total of over 700 people.
Kredyt Inkaso S.A. is settling into its new office
Since mid-April, the Lublin headquarters of Kredyt Inkaso S.A. has already been officially located in the Zana 39 office building. The company will have at its disposal the entire eighth floor of the building, i.e. slightly more than 520 sq. m. of space. More than 70 people will work in the office. Zana Center is an A-class office complex located in a convenient location offering access to the city center in 10 minutes.
LuxMed Group sets its sights on Warsaw's Trinity One
The Trinity One office building boasts a new tenant. LuxMed Group has decided to lease more than 3,300 sqm of space in the building, where it will open its new medical center in June. The Trinity One office complex, located in Warsaw's Służewiec district, offers a total of more than 19,800 sqm of space.
Avallon MBO to move into Monopolis office building
One of Poland's largest Private Equity funds has decided to change location and open a new office. The managers of the company, which currently has 19 employees, have decided on an office complex located at 62 Kopcińskiego Street in Lodz, where they will occupy 500 sqm of office space on the 10th floor of the Monopolis tower. Avallon MBO will move into the new office in the fall of this year, joining such tenants of the building as KPMG and McCormick.
