The building was completed in 2015 and, in addition to office space, provides retail and service space on the first floor of the building. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and below-ground parking spaces for cars, as well as a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
