The company will open its new office as early as this December in the CZ Office building in Lublin, where it will occupy about 2,600 sqm of space. CZ Office Park is a Lublin office complex located on Nałęczowska Street. It offers office space as well as commercial and residential. The CZ Office Park A building, which will house the new headquarters of Capgemini Poland, provides about 23,500 sqm of total space to the local market. It has also recently been certified by innogy Polska S.A. of the E.ON Group due to its purchase of green energy from RES installations. This means that Skyliner will be 100 percent powered by energy from renewable sources, such as onshore wind farms. Skyliner is one of the most recognizable buildings in the capital. It was located at Daszyński Roundabout and has gained an impressive height of 165 meters and 42 floors. The building provides the local market with about 45,000 sqm of leasable space for offices, food and beverage or retail. A large underground parking lot is available to tenants, and an additional asset of the skyscraper is the two-story Skybar, from which one can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the city.
