The new tenant will occupy about 430 sqm of space, and is expected to start its operations in the first half of 2022. Hi Piotrkowska 155 is a Lodz complex consisting of two office buildings and one hotel. Their total leasable area reaches about 34,000 sqm. Generation Park Y is part of a larger complex located in Warsaw. The buildings comprising the Generation Park campus offer a total of about 80,000 sqm of space. The Generation Park Y office building has reached a height of 140 meters, making it the tallest building completed by Skanska in Central and Eastern Europe. They are located in the city center on Zelazna, Lucka and Prosta streets. The building provides both space for retail and service establishments or restaurants, but also office space with a total area of 41,000 sqm. In addition, the complex provides tenants with underground parking spaces on three floors.
The first phase of The Park Krakow office complex almost ready
The first stage of work on The Park Krakow project is getting closer to completion. One of the buildings in the complex is already 80 percent complete.
