Construction of Infinity office building in Wroclaw is underway
Preparatory work is underway to create the foundations of the modern Infinity office building in Wroclaw. The new investment belongs to Avestus Real Estate, and the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. A modern Infinity office building is under construction in the center of Wroclaw. The investment by Avestus Real Estate will soon have foundations. Work is underway to excavate the deepest point of the excavation, and the first elements of the foundation slab are planned for November this year. Already at this stage of the development, the first talks and negotiations with potential tenants of the building are underway. Infinity will be a Wroclaw-based modern office building located at Jana Pawla II Square. The building will offer nearly 18,000 sqm of rentable office space for future tenants. Additional advantages of the building include underground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The building is being constructed in accordance with the requirements of the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2023.
New tenant in Quorum complex under construction in Wroclaw
A new tenant will move into one of the buildings in the Quorum complex next year. Imagination will have its office there and will occupy about 660 sqm of space. Wrocław's multifunctional Quorum complex, which is being built on Sikorskiego Street, will have a new tenant. Employees of Imagination, an international company that has been operating in the information technology industry for more than 25 years, will move into Building D next year. The company's headquarters will occupy about 660 sqm of space. Building D of the Quorum complex is a modern facility that provides about 16,000 sqm of high-end office space spread over 6 floors above ground. In addition to office space, the building offers retail, service and catering space. Additional advantages of the building include numerous amenities for future tenants, including parking spaces for cars or a green patio, as well as an attractive location in the Old Town. Planned sale of Sky Tower. The amount reaches almost 400 million zlotys
The most recognizable building in Wroclaw will be sold. The preliminary agreement for the sale of Sky Tower reaches almost 400 million zlotys, and the shares will go into the hands of Adventum Group. Develia Group's stake in Wrocław's Sky Tower building, which reaches almost 80%, will be sold to a company owned by Adventum Group. The parties have already signed a preliminary sales agreement worth almost PLN 400 million, and all negotiations are expected to be completed later this year. Develia Group decided to sell its stake in one of Wroclaw's most recognizable buildings due to a change in the company's development strategy. The company plans to invest the money raised from the sale of Sky Tower in the residential market. Sky Tower is a Wrocław skyscraper located on Powstańców Śląskich Street. This landmark building reaches an impressive height of 212 meters. The building's numerous floors provide approximately 28,000 sqm of multifunctional office space. An additional advantage of the skyscraper is its high vantage point, which provides a unique view of the Wroclaw skyline.
Greater Andersia Silver skyscraper with first tenant
The first tenant in Poznan's Andersia Silver skyscraper will be a Finnish company. F-Secure will move into the building and occupy the top three floors of the skyscraper. Poznań's Andersia Silver skyscraper has gained its first tenant. In the third quarter of 2023, 250 employees of F-Secure, a Finnish-based company operating in the market of network security services and products, will move into the building, which is still under construction. The company will have its headquarters on the top three floors of the building, which will provide the tenant with a total of about 3,500 sqm of space. Andersia Silver is a Poznan skyscraper providing about 40,000 sqm of multifunctional, high-end commercial space. The building reaches 25 floors above ground, which are almost 118 meters high. Future tenants of the building will have underground parking spaces for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles, as well as extensive bicycle infrastructure. The skyscraper, which is a project by Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski, has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
Forum 76 will remain the headquarters of Amplifon
Amplifon, which until now has had its headquarters in Lodz, will remain in the city for a longer period of time. The lease agreement for office space in Forum 76 has just been extended. The single-needle hawthorns, which from now on will adorn the terrace of the Warsaw building, gain up to 6 meters in height and 2 tons in weight. The species was chosen because of its high resistance to changing weather conditions and polluted air. Varso Tower belongs to Warsaw's Varso Place complex and is located on Chmielna Street. The skyscraper climbs to an impressive height of as much as 310 meters and is thus the tallest building in the European Union. Tenants can take advantage of many amenities offered by the building, including underground parking spaces for cars, infrastructure for cyclists or viewing terraces, from which one can admire the panorama of Warsaw. An additional advantage of the building is its BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Core & Shell certificates.

Generation Park Z is part of a complex of three office buildings located in the center of Warsaw on Towarowa Street, which offer a total of about 82,000 sqm of multifunctional space. The architectural design was created by PRC Architekci studio, and the general contractor was Warbud SA.
Belgian company with first Polish headquarters in Katowice
SD Worx, a Belgian-based company, has chosen Katowice's .KTW I building as its first Polish headquarters. Talks are also underway to lease space in a second tower from the same complex. The .KTW complex has gained a new tenant. The steadily growing Belgian company SD Worx, which operates in payroll and human resources management, will move into the .KTW I building. This will be the company's first office in the country. SD Worx employees will occupy dozens of workplaces on two floors of the building. At the same time, talks are underway to lease space in the still under construction second building of the complex, .KTW II. The .KTW complex is a complex of two Katowice buildings that provide a total of 62,000 sqm of space. The office buildings are located on Roździeńskiego Street in the vicinity of another landmark, the Spodek. One of the buildings reached a height of as much as 133 meters, making it the tallest building in the city. In addition to modern office space, tenants have underground parking spaces, retail and service outlets or a medical center at their disposal, and the building features a number of nature-friendly solutions.
