In addition to modern office space, underground and above-ground parking spaces and facilities for cyclists are available to tenants. Plot of land for Wroclaw's Quorum complex purchased for PLN 95 million
Development company Cavatina has just bought a plot of land for the development of the next stages of the Quorum mixed-use complex. The transaction reached a net value of PLN 95 million and involved a site on the banks of the Oder River. Subsequent investment stages of the Quorum multifunctional complex will be carried out on the newly purchased plot of land right on the bank of the Oder River. Development company Cavatina, which is responsible for the construction of the facility, made the transaction amounting to PLN 95 million net and is now in possession of the land on which the next two buildings of the complex will be built. The site's location on the riverfront is conducive to the developer's additional investment, which is a boulevard with relaxation zones and food and beverage establishments. Quorum is a multifunctional complex located on Sikorskiego Street in Wroclaw, which will consist of four buildings of various character. The complex will offer both office space, which will amount to about 69,000 sqm, as well as residential and commercial space. The residential part will offer 330 apartments ready for rent. Tenants will also have underground parking spaces at their disposal. The building will also have extensive green terraces and a public patio.
Nova Silesia development postponed until next year
A project to be built on the site of the now-demolished Silesia Hotel in Katowice is being delayed. The investor cites 2022 as the date for the start of construction work on the Nova Silesia office building. The investor expects to start construction work on the new building in 2022. The architectural design of the complex came out of the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. Nova Silesia is a complex of two office buildings, reaching 14 floors above ground, and a hotel with 7 floors. The office buildings will provide a total of more than 30,000 sqm of space to the local market. The building will also have an underground garage hall and a public green plaza for recreation for both employees of the Nova Silesia office buildings and residents of Katowice. Varso Tower is one of the buildings that make up the Varso Place complex, under construction on Chmielna Street in Warsaw. The tower reaches as high as 310 meters and is the tallest building in the European Union. Tenants have underground parking spaces for cars and bicycles at their disposal.
