The Warsaw Hub the new headquarters of Standard Chartered
Standard Chartered Bank has chosen Warsaw's The Warsaw HUB complex as its new headquarters. The new tenant will occupy nearly 7,000 sqm of office space in the facility. Standard Chartered is an international bank headquartered in London. Now the company has opened a new office in Warsaw, where about 1,000 employees will occupy nearly 7,000 sqm. in one of the buildings of the modern complex The Warsaw HUB. The company's Warsaw branch will deal with, among other things, financial crime prevention and online security issues. The Warsaw HUB is a complex of three buildings, two of which rise to a height of 130 meters and one of which is 85 meters high, and provides the market with about 110,000 sq m of modern leasable space. The complex also has a number of amenities for tenants, including a four-level parking lot, located underground, and bicycle parking spaces. The building is also connected to the subway station at Daszyńskiego Roundabout, and the common areas of the buildings include retail, service and catering establishments.
Wrocław's Sky Tower with the first fully automatic canteen in Poland
Wrocław's Sky Tower office building boasts the first automated canteen in Poland. A special system provides lunch dishes for up to 100 employees. One of Wrocław's office buildings, Sky Tower, has been home to the country's first fully automated canteen for employees. The idea is Automnia's answer to the needs that arose during the pandemic. The installation with a special cooling module that keeps dishes fresh has appeared on the 20th floor of the building and can serve up to 100 employees. They will be able to pay for their meal with a special card from their employer or with a traditional payment card. The intelligent system will inform itself when the assortment is running out and calculate how long enough meals will last. Sky Tower is the tallest building complex in Poland, with a height of 212 meters. The multifunctional space, including 28,500 sqm of office space, is spread over 50 floors. The complex is located in Wrocław's Krzyki district at 95 Powstańców Śląskich St. The asset of the building is a vantage point from which one can admire the extraordinary panorama of the city.
New Work offices in Gdansk Neon
Gdansk's Neon office building has a new office offering for its tenants. One of the building's floors is already home to flexible offices from operator New Work. New Work is a provider of modern flexible office space in Central and Eastern Europe. Offices of this operator are already located in three other Polish cities: in Warsaw, Krakow and Lodz, and now Gdansk has joined them. About 4,000 sqm of flexible office space has already been launched in the Neon office building on the 4th floor, which is used by Axbit, among others. Neon is a Gdansk office building and also the final stage of the Alchemia complex development. The building climbs to a height of 14 stories above ground and delivers about 34,000 sqm of office space to the market. The entire building has been awarded LEED certification at the Platinum level, which is a confirmation of the use of many ecological solutions. Tenants also have above- and below-ground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
Alstom Konstal to stay in WFC office building for longer. The building will house the company's headquarters
Alstom Konstal has decided to extend its lease agreement for office space in Warsaw's WFC. The office building will house the company's headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe. Alstom Konstal is a company dedicated to modern, intelligent and environmentally friendly mobility solutions. The company is part of the global Alstom company, and in Poland its best-known products are the carriages of the Warsaw metro. In 2020, the company decided to renew its lease in the Warsaw Financial Center office building. What's more, the building also houses Alstom Konstal's headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe, prompting the company to increase its leased space. Warsaw Financial Center is a high-end office building located in the center of the capital at 53 Emilia Plater Street in the Central Business District. The office building climbs 31 floors above ground, providing the market with approximately 50,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, an underground parking garage and retail and service units are available to tenants.
Wave office building with modern City Hub concept
Gdansk's Wave office complex boasts a modern amenity. A so-called City Hub mobility hub has been launched at the facility. The Wave complex has expanded its mobility amenities. Until now, there was underground and above-ground parking for cars, charging stations for electric cars and a fully equipped infrastructure for cyclists at the facility. Allegro the largest tenant of Norblin Factory
Warsaw's Norblin Factory can boast the signing of a lease agreement with a major tenant. Employees of Allegro, a leader among online shopping platforms in Poland, have moved into the complex's office building B. Allegro is the most popular online shopping service in Poland. Due to the company's continued growth, the platform decided to create its new office in Warsaw, where more than 600 people will work, while occupying about 16,200 sqm of total space. The relocation of employees to the new office began already in July. Allegro will thus occupy five floors of Building B of the Norblin Factory, making it the largest tenant in the Warsaw complex. Fabryka Norblin is a multifunctional office complex, combining both 41,000 sqm of office space, as well as service and retail, dining and entertainment. The building is owned by Capital Park Group and has been located on Zelazna, Prosta and Lucka streets. The complex offers its tenants a three-story underground parking garage, and an additional advantage of the building is its location in the city center.
Anders Square in the final stage of development
The start of construction of the latest Anders Square development in Poznań is also the final stage of the project. The Andersia Silver skyscraper will cost more than a quarter of a million euros. The entire Forest complex will deliver a total of about 78,000 sqm of space to the market. The development of the building complex will be arranged in a C-shape, and additional features include underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists.
The first phase of construction of Wrocław's West 4 Business Hub has come to an end
Launched with the beginning of 2019, the first phase of construction of the West 4 Business Hub project has been completed. Echo Investment is responsible for the implementation of this project. The architectural design of the complex came out of the Maćków Architectural Studio.
Warsaw's first office building with a modern scooter station
The first office building with a charging station for electric scooters has been built in Warsaw. Innogy Poland is responsible for developing the project. Innogy, an electricity company, has proposed the first modern solution for scooters in Warsaw. Varso Place, an office complex under construction at 73 Chmielna Street, has created the capital's first eFeeder electric scooter charging station. It will be powered by renewable energy, and access for tenants will be free. The Varso Place complex is a mixed-use development consisting of three buildings. One of them climbs to a record height of 310 meters in the European Union. The complex offers a total of 140,000 sqm of space for offices, a hotel and retail and service units. Two of the buildings that make up Varso Place boast a unique distinction, the "Barrier-Free Facility" certificate, and the entire complex offers its tenants many other amenities, such as underground parking spaces and green zones around the buildings.
