Katowice office market will be enriched by new ECO City Katowice complex
ECO City is a complex of four office buildings under construction in Katowice. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022. A new complex of four office buildings, ECO City Katowice, is under construction in Katowice. The investment is being developed by GPP Group. The design of the facility assumes that the complex will provide the market with approximately 34,000 sqm of leasable space. Each of the buildings consists of seven floors, while there will be an underground car garage and bicycle parking under the office buildings. The complex will also offer charging stations for electric vehicles. More than half of the area of the new facility will be dedicated to green and recreational areas. It will be an ideal place for relaxation and walking, as an 800-meter-long path will stretch around the buildings. Thanks to the use of a number of amenities for employees and nature-friendly solutions, the facility has already been awarded a BREEAM pre-certificate at the Outstanding level at the design stage.
Norblin factory with the most modern bicycle infrastructure in Poland
A unique bicycle parking facility has been created at Warsaw's Norblin Factory. It is fully automated, located underground, and it takes only 15 seconds to park a bicycle there. The Norblin Factory in Warsaw boasts the application of an unprecedented solution for bicycle enthusiasts in Poland. The facility has an automatic underground bicycle parking facility, designed by MA-SISTEMAS. The entire system will allow quick and fully secure storage of bicycles and accessories thanks to a special sealed box. The system has been designed to save as much space as possible, as well as to improve cyclists' use of the parking lot. The entire process of parking a bicycle can be reduced to as little as 15 seconds. The Norblin Factory is a facility offering multifunctional space with an office area of about 41,000 sqm. PRC Architects is responsible for the architectural design of the building. The plan called for both the creation of a new office development and the revitalization of historic buildings left over from the former Norblin, Buch Brothers and T. Werner plating plants, and the post-World War II Warsaw Metal Rolling Mill. In addition to high-end offices and a modern bicycle parking lot, the development also offers underground spaces for cars and space for retail and food and beverage establishments.
Swedish investor new owner of building in Spark complex
An investor from Sweden - Stena Fastigheter AB - has become the new owner of one of the three buildings in Warsaw's Spark complex. Stena Fastigheter AB of the Stena Group has made its first purchase in this part of Europe. The Swedish real estate leader has taken possession of building B, which is part of Warsaw's Spark complex. The previous owner of Warsaw's Spark office building was Skanska. Spark is a complex of three office buildings, offering about 70,000 sqm of workspace. The complex has been awarded LEED and WELL certifications due to the human and nature-friendly solutions used in the facility. The complex is located in Warsaw and houses the headquarters of companies such as UPC Poland, PKO Faktoring and INC Research.
Varso Place honored with "Facility without Barriers" certificate
Two buildings in Warsaw's Varso Place complex have been awarded the "Barrier Free Facility" certificate. The distinction was awarded by the Integration Foundation for adapting the buildings for use by people with limited mobility. The HB Reavis investment can boast an exceptional distinction. Two buildings, which are part of a three-building complex, have been certified by the Integration Foundation as "Object without Barriers." The Varso 1 and Varso 2 buildings stood out from other similar buildings due to the special adaptation of areas for free use by people with disabilities, as well as families with children and the elderly. As part of these measures, the Varso Place complex incorporated a number of amenities, such as slowing thresholds at pedestrian crossings, clear signage at the entrance and a special layout of the area to facilitate orientation. Varso Place is a multifunctional facility that consists of three buildings. The complex offers a variety of spaces: hotel, office, retail and commercial. The tallest of the buildings reaches up to 310 meters thanks to its 80-meter spire, making it the tallest building in the European Union countries. The complex offers about 75,000 sqm of office space and many amenities for future tenants. These include underground parking, bicycle spaces and green zones right next to the building.
There is a new tenant in The Warsaw HUB - Sol-Millennium
The Warsaw HUB has gained a new tenant. Employees of the medical corporation Sol-Millennium will move into the capital's office building. Founded in 2010, Sol-Millennium, which distributes medical equipment and develops new solutions, has signed an office lease agreement at The Warsaw HUB. The Warsaw headquarters will provide better connectivity with the company's other offices located around the world, including those in Shanghai, Brazil and Switzerland. The Warsaw HUB is a complex of three buildings located in the capital, offering a total of around 110,000 sqm of multifunctional space. One of the towers, 86 meters high, houses a hotel, while the other two, each reaching 130 meters high, offer office space. The Warsaw complex is connected by a five-story podium, and tenants also have a four-level underground parking garage and bicycle parking spaces.
Codewise has extended its lease agreement for the Krakow office of Browar Lubicz
Codewise will not change its headquarters. The company has decided to extend its lease agreement with the Browar Lubicz office in Cracow. Polish company Codewise, which operates in the high-tech solutions market, will stay in the Browar Lubicz building in Cracow for a longer period of time. A lease extension agreement has already been signed, which means the company will remain a tenant on two floors of the office building, which provide about 2,200 sqm of office space. Browar Lubicz is an office building located in the very center of Krakow. It offers about 6,000 sqm of total space to its tenants. The building is distinguished by an interesting arrangement, which combines modern architectural elements with the characteristic look of an old brewery. Facilities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces and green areas for relaxation located near the office building.
Atal Business Centers' new office building in Krakow ready for use

Warsaw's Mennica Legacy Tower office building completed. First tenants move into the building
Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw, whose general contractor was Warbud S.A., has been filled by its first tenants, including mBank. Mennica Legacy Tower is a complex of two office buildings, one of which reaches 43 meters in height and the other as high as 140 meters. The office complex will provide the Warsaw market with nearly 66,000 sqm of leasable space. Mennica Legacy Tower is one of the most modern office complexes among European countries. The architectural design of the building is the responsibility of the foreign studio Goettsch Partners in cooperation with the local design office Epstein.
Katowice's Face2Face complex put into operation. We know the first tenant
The construction project of the Face2Face Business Campus complex has come to an end. Echo Investment already has an occupancy permit, and the first tenants have moved into the building. The second stage of the Face2Face Business investment is the construction of a 15-story office building with 26,000 sqm of leasable space. It has just been completed, and the entire building is now operational. Capgemini, which provides consulting, technology services and digital transformation, was the first company to move into the office building. Face2Face Business Campus is a two-phase development providing a total of 44,800 sqm of office space to the Katowice market. The complex also offers its tenants a number of environmentally friendly solutions, as well as many amenities, including above-ground and underground car parking. In addition, a leisure and recreation zone will be created at the facility, namely a green courtyard with deck chairs, benches or a basketball court. The design of the complex, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate, was prepared by the architectural firm Grupa 5 Architekci.
