UPC a new tenant in Katowice's Global Office Park complex
UPC Poland will move into the Global Office Park building complex under construction in Katowice. The lease agreement represents one of the largest transactions of the local office market. The leader in digital services in Poland, UPC, will become a new tenant in one of the office towers of the Global Office Park complex. The company will occupy as many as four floors of Building A1 and will have nearly 4,300 sqm of space. UPC will be able to move into the building once the facility is completed in Q2 and Q3 of 2022. Global Office Park is located at Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice. The building is a combination of two office buildings and one residential building, which are united by a five-story podium with space for food and beverage and retail establishments. The complex will deliver a total of 55,200 sqm of space to the market. Tower A1 is a 25-story building with a total area of about 27,500 sqm. In addition, tenants will also have above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities at their disposal, and the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.

The Danone HQ office building is changing its owner. Development company Okam has taken possession of the building and is planning a new development near the office building. Okam has become the new owner of Warsaw's Danone HQ office building. It is a 12-story building with more than 5,400 sq m of leasable space, located at 9 Redutowa St. The office building will become part of a larger project by the company, which is planning a new development on a plot of land adjacent to the building, purchased in 2020. Okam plans to build four residential buildings on the land adjacent to the Danone HQ office building. The project will create a development offering more than 700 new apartments right behind the Warsaw office building. In addition, part of the plot will be developed for green spaces for rest and recreation. Completion of the entire project is planned for 2025.
Wrocław's Carbon Tower office building runs out of space for lease

It is located on the corner of Robocza and Fabryczna Streets, perfectly fitting into the triangular shape of the plot on which it stands. The chain of construction industry stores, Leroy Merlin, has decided to expand its operations with another headquarters for its office staff starting in 2022. The company will occupy more than 12,000 sqm of office space in one of the buildings that make up Warsaw's Forest complex. Leroy Merlin's lease of space on three floors of the office tower represents one of the largest transactions in Warsaw in 2020. The Forest building complex, which is under construction on Burakowska Street in Warsaw, will be completed by the end of this year. The building will deliver some 78,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. Future tenants will have at their disposal, in addition to parking spaces for cars and bicycles, many green areas, such as a patio with a pond, terraces, small greenhouses or boxes for insects and birds. Thanks to these environmentally friendly solutions, the complex has been awarded BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL certificates.
