Global Office Park is located at Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice. The building is a combination of two office buildings and one residential building, which are united by a five-story podium with space for food and beverage and retail establishments. The complex will deliver a total of 55,200 sqm of space to the market. Tower A1 is a 25-story building with a total area of about 27,500 sqm. In addition, tenants will also have above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities at their disposal, and the building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.

Leroy Merlin's lease of space on three floors of the office tower represents one of the largest transactions in Warsaw in 2020. The Forest building complex, which is under construction on Burakowska Street in Warsaw, will be completed by the end of this year. The building will deliver some 78,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. Future tenants will have at their disposal, in addition to parking spaces for cars and bicycles, many green areas, such as a patio with a pond, terraces, small greenhouses or boxes for insects and birds. Thanks to these environmentally friendly solutions, the complex has been awarded BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL certificates.
