These will include a multi-level underground garage, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as chargers for electric vehicles - cars, bicycles and scooters. Thanks to these solutions, the skyscraper will receive a set of three certifications: BREEAM, WELL and Green Building Standard. The project also involves some changes to the space surrounding The Bridge office building. Plans include a mini-park in place of the current parking lot, renovation of the tenement's gate, which will provide an additional entrance to Europe Square, and greening of the area.
