Poznan's Giant Office building new headquarters of Vorwerk Poland
Vorwerk Polska is opening another office in Poznań. It has chosen the Giant Office building as its headquarters. Vorwerk Polska has been operating on the home appliance sales market since 1995. The company already has a district office in Poznań, and its next headquarters, this time regional, will be the Giant Office. The company, due to continued growth and the need for more space, has leased about 450 sqm of space in the Poznan building. Giant Office is an office building providing more than 18,000 sqm of total space, which includes office, retail and food and beverage space. In addition, it offers tenants a range of amenities, such as surface and underground parking, bike racks and electric vehicle charging stations. Completion of the building took place in 2020, and the building was awarded a BREEAM certificate of Very good.
The design of Warsaw's skyscraper The Bridge has been unveiled
The Bridge skyscraper will be built in Warsaw at the end of 2024. The Ghelamco company has already outlined the design of the office building and preparations for the development are underway. The Bridge is an investment by Ghelamco, and the building is scheduled for completion in late 2024. The skyscraper will provide 47,000 sqm of office space and will rise to a height of 174 meters. The construction plan also includes connecting the new office building with the neighboring Bellona Publishing House building, by creating a lobby between the structures. The project, designed by the Netherlands-based UNStudio studio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt, includes numerous amenities for future tenants. These will include a multi-level underground garage, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as chargers for electric vehicles - cars, bicycles and scooters. Thanks to these solutions, the skyscraper will receive a set of three certifications: BREEAM, WELL and Green Building Standard. The project also involves some changes to the space surrounding The Bridge office building. Plans include a mini-park in place of the current parking lot, renovation of the tenement's gate, which will provide an additional entrance to Europe Square, and greening of the area.
Provident Polska S. A. will remain in the Gdański Business Center complex in Warsaw
The Gdański Business Center office park in Warsaw will remain the headquarters of Provident Polska for the next five years. Financial institution Provident Polska has been operating in the non-bank cash loan market since 1997. Since 2014, it has been leasing offices with a total area of over 4,000 sqm in office building A belonging to the Gdański Business Center complex. The company has just signed a lease agreement for another 5 years. In addition to Provident Polska, companies such as Aviva, Uber, Nielsen, Dell and Euronet have their offices in the building. The Gdański Business Center complex is a modern project of four office buildings in Warsaw. The office park boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which attests to the project's use of environmentally friendly solutions and numerous amenities for employees. The office building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
The next stage of construction of the Olawa Gate

Wrocław's MidPoint71 office building has reached its target height

Azoty Group stays in Warsaw Trade Tower

The company has leased offices in Warsaw's Warsaw Trade Tower since 2013 and has decided to extend the lease for more years. The space occupied by Grupa Azoty in the building is 1,160 sqm. The Warsaw Trade Tower office building is located at 51 Chlodna Street in the Central Business District. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in Poland and offers 44,400 sqm of rentable office space. The building is highly recognizable due to its distinctive shape inspired by American architecture from the 1920s and 1930s. Warsaw Trade Tower also boasts a prestigious BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating, which proves the use of many environmentally friendly solutions.
The new headquarters of the Public Transport Authority will be built in the PZO Factory
After 10 years, Warsaw's Public Transport Authority is changing its headquarters. The PZO Factory complex has been chosen as the new location. The Public Transport Authority (ZTM) will move into the Fabryka PZO complex, having leased offices, service and storage space there. For the past 10 years, the ZTM headquarters was located on Zelazna Street. Its change was prompted by the unsuitable layout of the premises, as well as a lack of sufficient storage and parking space. The move is planned for the end of 2021. The PZO Factory complex is located at 316 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. Located on the site of the pre-war Polish Optical Works, the building offers about 8,000 sqm of leasable office space. The building also includes retail and service units, underground parking spaces and a terrace located on the roof.
Flying Wild Hog will move to Kraków's Porto Office A
Game development company Flying Wild Hog will change the location of its Krakow headquarters. Its new office will be located in the Porto Office A building. Bohdan Zieliński Street in Krakow and offers about 7,000 sqm of rentable space. The nsMoonStudio office is responsible for the architectural design of the building, and Erbud was the general contractor.
Lakeside complex will be built on the site of a demolished high-rise building

The complex is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
