Emerson, which employs more than 800 people in Poland, has decided to change its headquarters. Its new office will be located in Warsaw's Konstruktorska Business Center skyscraper, where it will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of space. Emerson provides advanced technology and automation services. Founded in 1890 in St. Louis, Missouri, it is now a global leader in technology solutions. The company, which employs more than 800 people in Poland, has decided to change its headquarters. The Konstruktorska Business Center office building was chosen as its location, where Emerson will occupy more than 4,000 sq. m. of space. The contract has been signed for 10 years, and the move to the new office is scheduled for July 2021. The Konstruktorska Business Center office building is located in Warsaw's Mokotów district and offers more than 45,000 sqm of leasable office space. In addition to it, the skyscraper also houses a kiosk, a café, a gym and a restaurant. The building also provides 1,000 parking spaces located in an underground garage. During the construction of the office building, a number of solutions were used, which positively affect the environmental performance of the building, as well as the comfort of the people working in it, as confirmed by the BREEAM certificate awarded to the building with a rating of Very good.
A modern office space is being created in a historic 19th century Wroclaw building
Renovation of Wrocław's L'Uni building is underway. As part of the ongoing work, office space will be created inside, with an area of about 3,600 sqm. The L'Uni office building is a historic neo-Renaissance building from 1866, located at 9 Grodzka Street in Wroclaw. It will offer approximately 3,600 sqm of leasable office space. Its location not only makes it possible to enjoy the amenities of the city center location, but also offers an attraction unprecedented in Wroclaw, which is the possibility to swim to the office building. This is because there is a sailing marina in the vicinity of the building. In addition, the building's windows overlook islands on the Oder River and green recreational areas. The ongoing revitalization of Wrocław's L'Uni office building began in mid-2020. As part of the work, which is being carried out under the supervision of a preservationist, the interiors, which will house modern office space, will be renovated, and the upper floor will gain glazing.
Krakow's High5ive complex has attracted another tenant
Zoopus will have its headquarters in Phase III of the High5ive complex, which is currently under construction. Its office will occupy nearly 2,000 sqm of space there. Zooplus operates the largest online pet store in Europe. It was founded in 1999 and currently operates in 30 European markets. The company's Krakow office employs 130 people, mainly information technology specialists. The company's net sales in 2020 in Poland amounted to 700 million zlotys. Zooplus' growth was the impetus for a change of headquarters to one that offers more office space. The High5ive complex in Cracow was chosen for it. The move to the new office, which will occupy almost 2,000 sqm, is planned for April 2022. The High5ive office complex is located on Pawia Street in Krakow. It will include 5 buildings that will offer a total of about 70,000 sqm of leasable space. The third phase of the complex, which will house Zooplus' headquarters, is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
Multinational corporation new tenant of Katowice's Face2Face Business Campus
The Face2Face Business Campus complex has gained another tenant. ABB has decided to lease office space in the Katowice building. ABB is an international conglomerate that deals with industries such as automation, robotics and energy. It was founded in 1988 and its headquarters are located in Zurich. The company has been present in Poland since the 1990s and employs more than 7,000 people. ABB has decided to open a new headquarters, which will be located at Face2Face Business Campus. The Face2Face Business Campus complex is located on Zelazna Street in Katowice. It includes two buildings, which together provide the market with 46,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, the complex's courtyard includes green recreational areas, a playground and a fountain. Face2Face Business Campus is also BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, which proves that the buildings meet the highest environmental standards.
We know the buyer of the office buildings of the Jerozolimskie Business Park complex
The four office buildings that make up Warsaw's Jerozolimskie Business Park complex have been sold. The buyer is a joint venture between Rida Development Corp. and Mack Real Estate Group. Jerozolimskie Business Park is the first office complex to be built in Warsaw. Its construction was completed in 1997. The building complex includes four office buildings, which offer a total of about 16,000 sqm of leasable space. Located at 146 Jerozolimskie Avenue, the complex has recently undergone extensive modernization. Office space in the buildings is leased by companies such as Nowa Era Publishing House, PGNiG and Intel Technologies. The office buildings in the complex were purchased from a financial investor by a joint venture of Rida Development Corp. and Mack Real Estate Group. The manager of the complex will be Apollo-Rida Poland, the Polish branch of Rida Development Corp. This branch was established in the early 1990s and manages investments of more than 1,000,000 sqm.

The new office will be located in Warsaw's X20 office building. This modern high-rise building was completed in 2020 and provides the market with about 16,000 sqm of leasable space. It is located at 87a Czerniakowska Street, in Lower Mokotow. In addition to office space, the building also houses a grocery store, drugstore and restaurant. The building offers its tenants parking spaces in a two-level underground garage. InPost's new headquarters in the Warsaw office building will occupy 3,800 sqm of space.

Scandinavian SEB Bank will lease an office in Warsaw's Norblin Factory complex. Its headquarters will have 3,300 sqm of space. SEB Bank is a Scandinavian financial institution whose operations began in 1856. In Sweden and the Baltics it conducts universal banking activities, while in the rest of Scandinavia, as well as in Germany and the UK, it focuses primarily on corporate and institutional banking. In Poland, the bank is mainly engaged in providing banking services to its corporate clients from its home markets. The company has decided to lease an office in Warsaw's Norblin Factory complex. Its branch will be located on the entire seventh floor of Building B, where it will occupy 3,000 sqm of space. The Fabryka Norblin complex is located on Żelazna Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It will provide approximately 40,000 sqm of office space to the market. The building will also offer premises with entertainment, cultural, gastronomic and retail functions, as well as 720 parking spaces located in a 3-level underground parking lot. The complex will be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
Another building of Poznań's Nowy Rynek complex with an occupancy permit
Another office building in Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex has received a use permit. Building D will offer about 39,000 sqm of leasable space. Building D, which is part of Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex, has received a use permit. This has increased the office space available in the capital of Greater Poland by 39,000 sqm. Designed by the Medusa Group studio, the building has 14 floors above ground. The first floor of the office building includes retail and service space. The Nowy Rynek complex is located in the center of Poznań, adjacent to the main railroad station. Ultimately, it will consist of five buildings with a total area of more than 100,000 sqm. Together with Office Building D, a public courtyard, which is a public space, has also been put into use. The complex will serve office, hotel, residential and retail functions.
Selsey company to move into Carbon Tower office building
Wroclaw's Carbon Tower office building has gained a new tenant. The Selsey company has decided to lease an office in the building. Selsey is one of the largest furniture and decoration retailers in Poland. It started its operations in 2013, when it also launched an online store. It currently employs more than 200 people. It sells its furniture in almost all of Europe, with its main markets being the UK, France, Germany and Poland. The furniture retailer has decided to rent an office in Wroclaw's Carbon Tower building. Selsey's new headquarters will be located on the 11th floor of the office building and will occupy 930 sqm of space. Carbon Tower is a 15-story office building that provides the market with approximately 19,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition to office space, it also offers retail and service units, as well as 370 underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. After Selsey leases the office, the building's commercialization will reach more than 80 percent.
Silesia Business Park will continue to be Orbico's headquarters
Orbico remains a tenant of Katowice's Silesia Business Park complex. The company's headquarters there occupies 1,030 sqm of space. Orbico specializes in providing distribution and logistics services for many well-known brands. It works with Procter&Gamble, Kellogg's, Lavazza, Duracell and SC Johnson, among others. It reaches more than 100 of Poland's largest retail chains and several thousand independent outlets. The company is headquartered in office building B of the Silesia Business Park complex, where it occupies 1,030 sqm of office space. Orbico recently decided to extend its lease agreement for additional years. The Silesia Business Park complex is located on the main road cutting through the center of Katowice. It consists of four office buildings that provide a total of 48,700 sqm of leasable space. The buildings are distinguished from other office buildings by horizontal tricolor stripes on the facade. Office Building B, which houses Orbico's headquarters, offers more than 12,000 sqm of total space.
