Due to its continued growth, the company has decided to lease more than 8,500 sqm of office space out of the nearly 18,700 sqm offered by Building A of the Podium Park complex. The new tenant will move into the building in the second half of 2022. The Podium Park office complex is a complex of three office buildings, two of which have already been completed, and the last one will be ready in 2022. The building complex is located at Izydor Stella-Sawickiego Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue in Kraków, and has been awarded a BREEAM certificate of Outstanding thanks to a number of nature-friendly solutions.
MicroStrategy based in Warsaw's Skyliner
Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper has become the Polish headquarters of MicroStrategy. The company moved its office to the building in June. Globalworth owns an office building in Krakow's Podium Park complex

Thus, the work of cranes was reduced, replaced by a formwork system lifted by special actuators. Thanks to this, the execution of Polski Holding Nieruchomości's investment maintains an express pace from the very beginning. Warsaw's Skysawa skyscraper is a complex of buildings located on Swietokrzyska Street, the tallest of which will be 155 meters high, giving 40 floors for use by future tenants. The project includes the construction of an underground parking lot and the creation of an underground walkway that will connect one of the buildings to a subway station. The completion of the tallest building in Skysawa is scheduled for Q3 2022, while the lower building will be ready early in Q3 this year.

The design of the building was created by the Kazimierski and Ryba Design Office and the Arquitectonica studio.
