Warsaw's Generation Park complex is located in the Central Business District. It includes three skyscrapers, which together provide about 80,000 sqm of total space. Construction of the complex began in 2015, and the completion of the Generation Park Y office building brought the project to completion.

The tenement was renovated in 2012 and extensively refurbished in 2020. In addition to office space, the building also offers retail and service units.

This solution is expected to encourage employees to relax outdoors. More service outlets dedicated to the complex's tenants are also planned.
