Construction of the Generation Park complex has come to an end. Another high-rise building with occupancy permit
The Generation Park Y office building has been put into operation. This brings the construction of the Warsaw complex at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout to an end. The building offers 47,600 sqm of space spread over 37 floors above ground. Its highlight will be a plant-filled terrace located on the 35th floor of the skyscraper. Tenants will also have 325 parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists at their disposal. The PZU group will have its new headquarters in the office building. Warsaw's Generation Park complex is located in the Central Business District. It includes three skyscrapers, which together provide about 80,000 sqm of total space. Construction of the complex began in 2015, and the completion of the Generation Park Y office building brought the project to completion.
Voice Contact Center expands its Lublin headquarters

The company has leased another 800 sqm of space in the building, bringing the total area of its headquarters now to nearly 1,600 sqm. The tenement at Krakowskie Przedmieście 34 is located in the very center of Lublin. It provides the market with approximately 1,750 sqm of space spread over three floors above ground. The tenement was renovated in 2012 and extensively refurbished in 2020. In addition to office space, the building also offers retail and service units.
Renovation work inside Stratos Office Center completed
Renovation work inside the Stratos Office Center office building has been completed. Their results include renovated elevator lobbies, as well as a new fitness area and cafeteria. Neon office building sold for more than €80 million

Benches will be placed in the garden, and food and beverage outlets are to be created. The implementation of these solutions will contribute to the creation of a public relaxation and meeting place.
A Katowice office building has reached its target height. DL Tower will measure 55 meters
Katowice's DL Tower office building has reached its target height. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022. A symbolic topping out ceremony celebrated the DL Tower office building reaching its target height. It stands at 55 meters, which translates into 14 floors. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. DL Tower is located on Wojciecha Korfantego Avenue in Katowice. The office building will offer 17,000 sqm of leasable office space. The building is part of a complex being developed by DL Invest Group, which in addition to office space will also offer buildings with retail, hotel and recreational functions. The DL Tower office building has received the prestigious BREEAM certificate, which proves that it meets the highest environmental standards.
Modernization of Wrocław's Grunwaldzki Center complex is underway
Work is underway to modernize the Grunwaldzki Center complex. Already, tenants can enjoy a renovated reception area and new retail and service outlets, while plant-filled relaxation areas will soon be handed over. Wroclaw's Grunwaldzki Center office complex consists of three skyscrapers, which offer a total of 27,400 sqm of rentable space. During the construction of the building, many solutions were used to promote employee comfort and reduce the buildings' negative impact on the environment. This is evidenced by the BREEAM certificate of Very good, which was awarded to the complex. Grunwaldzki Center is currently undergoing modernization. A canteen, a kiosk, a Starbucks coffee shop, a Żabka store, a PZU branch and two bank branches have already been handed over. The reception areas have also been renovated. Soon, however, green zones filled with live plants will be opened, with alleys sheltered by a wooden structure, as well as benches and tables. This solution is expected to encourage employees to relax outdoors. More service outlets dedicated to the complex's tenants are also planned.
A hotel in a Krakow townhouse has been converted into a Marshal Center office building
The space of a Krakow townhouse located in the Old Town has been transformed from a hotel into an office space. It now houses the Marshal Center, which offers modern serviced offices. A 19th-century tenement located in the vicinity of Krakow's Market Square was to house the Cracovia Residence hotel. Designed in a New York style, the property opened in June 2020. However, the coronavirus pandemic and related restrictions forced the owners to convert the hotel into an office building. The Marshal Center, which was built in a historic building, offers modern serviced offices. Located at 28A Pilsudski Street, the building has a total of 105 workstations. The offices available in the office building range in size from 16 to 70 sqm. Marshall Center also offers modernly equipped conference rooms and a reception area with professional administrative services.
Symbolic topping out hangs on top of .KTW II office building
The .KTW II office building has reached its target height. The completion of construction work was celebrated with a symbolic topping out ceremony. The .KTW III skyscraper, which is under construction right next to Katowice's Spodek, has reached its target height of 133 meters. Its construction began in November 2019. The .KTW II building will provide the market with 42,000 sqm of leasable space, spread over 31 floors. It will be the tallest building located in Katowice. The office building will be part of a modern, multifunctional complex, which will offer a total of nearly 60,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition to office space, it will also house retail and service establishments and a medical center. Tenants will also have at their disposal an underground parking garage, which will connect the .KTW I and .KTW II buildings.
