X-Trade Brokers brokerage with new headquarters in Skyliner office building
Skyliner, one of the tallest office buildings in Warsaw, has gained a new tenant. It is X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House. X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House (XTB) will be a new tenant of the Skyliner skyscraper. The company's headquarters will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of space spread over three floors. The move is planned for January 2022. XTB Group is an international provider of financial instruments trading products, services and technology solutions. It was founded in Poland in 2004 and now employs more than 550 people worldwide. In addition to its operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Western Europe, the company is expanding into new markets, including Latin America. The Skyliner office building is located at 67 Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sqm of leasable space, as well as more than 400 parking spaces and 500 bicycle spaces. The office building, at a height of 165 meters, also houses a restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Warsaw.
We met the general contractor for the Infinity office building
Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. will become the general contractor of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw. The building is expected to be ready in early 2023. The Infinity office building will be located at Jana Pawła II Square in Wrocław. The building will provide nearly 20,000 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 18,000 sqm will be office space. The office building will also offer retail space, as well as a three-level underground parking garage and extensive bicycle infrastructure, which will include locker rooms and showers. The investor, Avestus Real Estate, has announced that Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. will be responsible for the construction and finishing of the building, as well as the development of the surrounding area. The building is scheduled for completion in 2023. The BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which was awarded to the office building, proves that the latest technological and environmentally friendly solutions will be implemented during construction.
The state-of-the-art Intraco Prime has just reached its target height
Construction work on Warsaw's Intraco Prime office building has been completed. Reaching the target height was celebrated with the hanging of a symbolic topping out. Intraco Prime is located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. The office building will provide the market with approximately 13,000 sqm of leasable space spread over eight floors above ground. Additionally, three underground levels will be dedicated to a parking lot offering 263 spaces. The office building also has a BREEAM Interim certificate. It certifies that the building meets the highest environmental standards. The Intraco Prime building has reached its target height, which was celebrated with a topping out ceremony. The skyscraper, whose general contractor is Strabag, is now undergoing masonry, insulation and installation work, as well as work on the building's glass and aluminum facade. The office building is scheduled for completion in 2022.
3M GSC Poland will have a new headquarters. The Wroclaw-based MidPoint 71 has been selected for it.
Wrocław's MidPoint 71 office building has gained a new tenant. 3M GSC Poland will move its Business Services Center headquarters to the building, which is under construction on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The American company 3M GSC Poland provides specialized business services to more than 50 countries in EMEA. It is one of the largest foreign employers operating in Wroclaw. With more than 1,200 employees, the company has decided to move its Business Services Center headquarters to the MidPoint 71 office building adjacent to the Sky Tower. Its new office will occupy more than 12,000 sq m of space. The move is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. The MidPoint 71 office building under construction in Wroclaw will offer about 37,000 sqm of modern space spread over 14 floors above ground. Tenants will also be provided with underground and above-ground parking and infrastructure for cyclists. Construction of the office building, located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, will last until the end of 2021.
The last building of the High5ive complex has reached its target height
The topping out ceremony celebrated the achievement of the target height of the last office building of the High5ive complex. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022. Krakow's High5ive complex will include five Class A office buildings, which will provide a total of more than 70,000 sqm of leasable space. Its construction began in January 2016 and will last until the first quarter of 2022. In addition to office space, the complex will also offer 7,000 sq m of retail and service space, as well as underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. High5ive is located on Pawia Street, right next to the Central Station and Galeria Krakowska. Its general contractor is Skanska, and the architectural design was created by NS Moon Studio. The last office building in the complex has just reached its target height, which was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony. The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2022.

Warsaw's stock accounts for more than half of Poland's total office space, which totals 13,000,000 sqm. Another 500,000 sqm of such space is currently under construction in Warsaw alone.
Environmental certification for office building of Palio Office Park complex

Fortum moves to office in Gdansk complex

Gdansk Format has gained a new tenant

Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
