New mBank headquarters in the Mennica Legacy Tower complex
The location of mBank's headquarters in Warsaw is changing. Employees will move to the Mint Legacy Tower and occupy 21 floors of the office building. Warsaw's Mint Legacy Tower has become the new headquarters for mBank's more than 3,000 employees. At their disposal are 21 floors of the 140-meter tower. The new headquarters, after 22 years, combined three other Warsaw offices located on ul: Senatorska, Bielańska and Królewska. Located on Prosta Street in Warsaw, Mennica Legacy Tower is an office complex that includes two buildings. One is a 140-meter tower, and the other is a lower west building reaching 36 meters in height. The building together offers more than 65,000 sqm of total leasable space. In addition, a large underground parking garage and extensive infrastructure for cyclists are available to tenants. The building is characterized by the presence of green terraces, relaxation zones and places for the youngest. The complex has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which confirms that the building is environmentally friendly.
Allegro with new office in Krakow's Lubicz Office Center
The Lubicz Office Center in Krakow has gained a major new tenant. Allegro occupies more than 2,000 sqm of the facility's office space. Allegro is a Polish leader among online shopping platforms operating since 1999. Due to the company's continued growth, it decided to lease additional office space in Krakow for its employees. The company has taken over 2,000 sqm of space on the 5th floor of one of the two modern Class A office buildings that make up the Lubicz Office Center. The Lubicz Office Center is a facility located in Krakow at the Mogilskie Roundabout, consisting of two office buildings. Together they provide more than 33,000 sqm of total space. Construction of the first building was completed in 2000, and the second in 2009. Both office buildings have been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. An additional advantage of the building is its location in close proximity to the Old Town and the parking spaces available to tenants.
Warsaw's office market will gain new space. Construction of Dor Plaza is underway
A new office building is under construction in Warsaw, an investment by Dor Grupa. The Dor Plaza building will provide the market with an additional 15,000 sqm of leasable space. Dor Plaza is a Warsaw development by developer Dor Grupa. Construction of the building is located at 1 Sierpnia and Iłżecka streets. The modern Class A office building will reach seven stories and offer about 15,000 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 13,000 sqm will be high-end office space. The first floor of the building will provide space for retail and service establishments. The building is scheduled for completion in 2022. The building will also feature a number of amenities for its users, such as underground parking, bicycle infrastructure and an electric vehicle charging station, for example. The Dor Plaza building is being constructed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines and has been awarded a Very Good rating. The office building is also characterized by a specific shape resembling the letter Z.
Lodz City Gate home to prestigious law firm
Law firm Baker McKenzie Krzyzowski and Partners has changed the location of its Lodz office. In March, the lawyers moved into one of the Brama Miasta buildings. Due to the continued growth of its Lodz office and an increase in the number of team members, the law firm Baker McKenzie Krzyzowski and Partners has changed its headquarters in the city after five years. It chose the Brama Miasta as its new workplace, where it has occupied more than 500 sqm of space since March this year. Brama Miasta is an A-class office complex in Lodz, consisting of two buildings providing about 42,000 sqm of space for tenants. The building is located on Kilińskiego Street, i.e. in the very center of the city, which is a major convenience for tenants. Gdansk Wave office building with first coworking office in Tri-City
Tri-City has gained the first Spaces brand coworking office on the local market. The Wave office building in Gdansk was chosen as its location. The Spaces brand is making its debut in Tri-City. Wave is a Gdansk office complex consisting of two office buildings, with a total workspace of about 48,000 sqm. The project was designed by architectural studio medusa group, and the building received an occupancy permit in July 2020. It has been awarded LEED and WELL certifications for its exceptional adaptation of space to employees and the building's use of environmentally friendly solutions.
BNP Paribas Bank the main tenant in Warsaw's LIXA complex
BNP Paribas Bank has moved into one of the office buildings in the LIXA complex. Its headquarters occupies about 22,000 sqm. The first and main tenant of the facility has moved into building A of Warsaw's LIXA complex. Bank BNP Paribas has leased about 22,000 sqm, which accounts for almost a third of the entire complex, whose investor is Yareal. The bank's employees moved into their new office in November 2020. LIXA is a mixed-use development that will eventually include five buildings. The office buildings, when completed in their entirety, will provide the market with about 75,000 sqm of space for future tenants. The complex will be distinguished by a large amount of greenery housed in courtyards that are accessible for use by all. The building also boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which confirms the use of a number of nature-friendly solutions in the building. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Construction of Katowice's Craft office building has begun

Bank Pekao S.A. made it possible to finance part of the Lodz Fusion complex
Thanks to a loan from Bank Pekao S.A., three buildings of the Fuzja complex in Lodz, offering multifunctional spaces, will be financed. The investment belongs to Echo Investment. The Fuzja complex of multifunctional buildings is a project envisaging the revitalization of former Karol Scheibler factory buildings and the construction of new buildings next to them. The three office buildings that are part of the complex have been financed. The investor obtained a loan of 34 million euros from Bank Pekao S.A. Fusion is a complex of multifunctional buildings, offering space for residential units, offices, restaurants and other retail and service outlets. In addition to the office buildings, the complex will also include four apartment buildings. The office space that Fusion will offer will be about 40,000 sqm. There are also plans to create green areas around the complex for relaxation and new city squares. The entire development is scheduled for completion in 2023.
Unitop is changing its headquarters. The company is moving into Wola Retro
Warsaw's Wola Retro office building has gained a new tenant. The building houses the new headquarters of the Unitop company. A Polish company Unitop, which has been producing sesame and challah since 1945, will move into the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw. The Lodz-based company has decided to locate its headquarters in the Warsaw building. The lease agreement covers about 400 sqm of office space located on the 11th floor of the top building of the Wola Retro complex. Wola Retro is a multifunctional complex of buildings offering both office and retail and service space. The complex includes three office buildings with a total area of approximately 24,500 sqm. There is also underground parking and infrastructure for cyclists. The entire development was completed in 2019.
