Szucha 9 is a neo-Gothic tenement built in 1893-1894. In the later period, it was partially demolished and rebuilt. Currently, there is a plan to renovate the tenement. Details to be confirmed. Szucha 9 is situated in the Warsaw’s Śródmieście district, in the proximity to the Royal Łazienki, numerous state institutions and major thoroughfares. The excellent location provides efficient access to other parts of the city, via public and private transport. Nearby are numerous bus and tram stops and Politechnika underground station ( line 1). A drive to the Central Station takes about 10 minutes, and to Warsaw Chopin Airport - approximately 20 minutes. The placement of the building in the city centre allows one to fully use the capital's gastronomic and cultural offer.
