Thanks to this, the execution of Polski Holding Nieruchomości's investment maintains an express pace from the very beginning. Warsaw's Skysawa skyscraper is a complex of buildings located on Swietokrzyska Street, the tallest of which will be 155 meters high, giving 40 floors for use by future tenants. The project includes the construction of an underground parking lot and the creation of an underground walkway that will connect one of the buildings to a subway station. The completion of the tallest building in Skysawa is scheduled for Q3 2022, while the lower building will be ready early in Q3 this year.

The design of the building was created by the Kazimierski and Ryba Design Office and the Arquitectonica studio.

The construction plan also includes connecting the new office building with the neighboring Bellona Publishing House building, by creating a lobby between the structures. The project, designed by the Netherlands-based UNStudio studio and the Polish-Belgian Architecture Studio Projekt, includes numerous amenities for future tenants. These will include a multi-level underground garage, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as chargers for electric vehicles - cars, bicycles and scooters. Thanks to these solutions, the skyscraper will receive a set of three certifications: BREEAM, WELL and Green Building Standard. The project also involves some changes to the space surrounding The Bridge office building. Plans include a mini-park in place of the current parking lot, renovation of the tenement's gate, which will provide an additional entrance to Europe Square, and greening of the area.
