Pharmaceutical company expands its headquarters in Gdansk's Wave office building
More workspace for pharmaceutical company LEO Pharma in Gdansk. Another agreement has been signed for an additional 1,800 sqm of space in the Wave office building. One of the tenants of the Wave office building in Gdansk has decided to enlarge the space it has occupied so far in the facility. Until now, employees of pharmaceutical company LEO Pharma had 1,500 sqm of space at their disposal. Thanks to the recently signed agreement, the tenant's office has expanded to 3,300 sqm of work space. It will also result in the creation of 125 new workstations. Wave is a Gdansk office complex located in Oliva. It consists of two buildings. The office skyscraper, which reaches 14 floors above ground, will provide about 24,800 sqm of space to the local market. The entire facility will offer about 48,000 sqm of workspace. The complex boasts WELL Core & Shell and LEED Core & Shell certification. The facility also offers various tenant amenities, such as, for example, surface and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations.
Flexible workspace from Rise.pl in Lublin office building
Modern work space will be created in an office building belonging to the CZ Office Park complex in Lublin. Rise.pl has leased about 1,600 sqm of space. Rise.pl, which supplies flex office space, is creating its next location in Poland. The provider of modern and flexible workspace will launch its offices in one of Lublin's office buildings. The CZ Office Park facility will offer tenants specially prepared work space with a dedicated meeting, rest and relaxation area, as well as 11 conference rooms and a range of amenities. In total, the space from Rise.pl will occupy about 1,600 sqm of space. CZ Office Park is an office complex located in Lublin on Nałęczowska Street. The tallest of the buildings will reach 14 floors above ground, and the entire facility will offer a total of about 80,000 sqm of usable space. Work on the complex began in 2015 and is scheduled for completion in 2025. In addition to work space, the facility will also offer commercial and residential units. Tenants will have above-ground and underground parking spaces at their disposal. Plenty of green space will also be provided around the facility.

The Park Kraków complex with financing from PKO BP
The modern office development The Park Krakow, under construction on Saska Street, has obtained financing from PKO BP bank. The transaction amounted to 36 million euros. A permanent tenant in Warsaw's Focus office building has decided to extend its lease agreement for work space. Deutsche Bank Polska has been present in the building since 2001 and has just extended the lease agreement for its existing space. The long-standing attachment of the company's employees and clients to its existing headquarters, as well as access to high-end office space and many amenities, contributed to this step. Focus is a Warsaw office building located on Armii Ludowej Street. It provides about 34,000 sqm of workspace to the local market and climbs 12 stories in height. CMS law firm a tenant of Varso Tower

What's more, the CMS law firm space will be the first in Poland to apply for WELL Building Standard certification. Varso Tower is the tallest building in the European Union, reaching up to 310 meters in height. It was located in Warsaw on Chmielna Street and is part of the Varso Place complex. In addition to modern floor space, it offers tenants many amenities, such as underground parking for cars, infrastructure for cyclists and viewing terraces. The building has also been awarded WELL Core & Shell and BREEAM certification, where it received an Outstanding rating.

The Nowogrodzka Square office building has found a new owner. Yareal has signed a contract for the sale of the building with a French fund owned by Amundi Real Estate. Cavatina Holding S.A. has obtained a €50 million investment loan to refinance the Tischner Office project. Support for the Krakow office building was provided by the bank Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale. German bank Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale has granted an investment loan to Cavatina Holding S.A.. The transaction amounted to 50 million euros and will be used to refinance the Tischner Office project in Krakow. Part of the loan (34.25 million euros) will be used to repay a loan from Alior Bank. The remaining amount will support Cavatina Holding S.A.'s ongoing operations. Tischnera Office is a Krakow office building located at Zakopiańska and Tischnera streets. The lease agreement covers a period of 5 years, and the company's employees will move into their new office as early as the second quarter of 2022.
