Soon, however, green zones filled with live plants will be opened, with alleys sheltered by a wooden structure, as well as benches and tables. This solution is expected to encourage employees to relax outdoors. More service outlets dedicated to the complex's tenants are also planned.

Eiffage has now begun constructing the diaphragm wall for the office building. Located at Jana Pawla II Square, the Infinity office building will provide nearly 22,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. It will also offer its tenants 311 parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. In addition to office space, the building will also include retail and service establishments. The building will be both environmentally and employee-friendly, as evidenced by the BREEAM Excellent certificate awarded to the office building. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
