Warsaw One is a modern, glass skyscraper that offers approx. 60,000 sq m of leasable space. It consists of three graduated rectangular blocks with increasing heights towards the east. Each tower is finished with a sloping roof, and the highest one is 188 m high. The sloped roof lines provide optimal lighting conditions for adjacent structures. The building offers high-class office space as well as a one-of-a-kind integrated city lobby, combining many functions – from retail to public transport.
