The company's new headquarters in Warsaw is located in an office building owned by Golden Star Group, where it will occupy 500 square meters of space on the 5th floor of building B. Oxygen Park is a Warsaw office complex located directly at Alejach Jerozolimskich, which consists of two 6-story office buildings, with a total rental area of over 18,000 square meters. Gdańsk Airport concluded a lease agreement for over 3.6 thousand square meters of space in the Alpha office building, which is part of the Airport City Gdańsk project, with BBK, the owner of the home&you and Essex brands. BBK S.A. joins the Airport City Gdańsk office project, becoming the third tenant, after Solidigm (belonging to the world giant in the electronics industry SK Hynix) and the MiniCity car rental office.Signing the agreement with BBK S.A. means that the ACG Alpha building has reached a commercialization level of almost 80 percent. BBK S.A. is a Polish company from the Tri-City area that for over 30 years has been accompanying clients in realizing their dreams of the perfect interior.The Alpha office building consists of 6 floors and offers a total of 8.5 thousand square meters of rental space. Additionally, two underground levels provide 197 parking spaces. Energa extends lease agreement in Olivia Centre
Energy company Energa, which is part of the ORLEN Group, decided to extend its lease agreement for more years. The company has maintained its headquarters in Olivia Centre continuously since 2012. Energa, part of the ORLEN Group, continues its presence in Olivia Centre in Gdańsk on a permanent basis. The lease agreement in Poland's largest business center has been extended once again. The company occupies a total of over 17,000 square meters of office space distributed in three connected buildings. In the Olivia Centre complex in Gdańsk, almost 1,000 employees of various companies of the ORLEN Group, to which Energa belongs, currently work. Among these companies are Energa SA, Energa Obrót SA, Energa Informatyka i Technologie Sp. z o.o., Orlen Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych Sp. z o.o., Enspirion Sp. z o.o., Orlen Administracja Sp. z o.o., Orlen Eko Sp. z o.o. and Energa Logistyka Sp. z o.o. In the office buildings, which are home to Energa, a renovation and modernization is planned. The purpose of this investment is to adapt office space to new needs and requirements set by Energa. Sii Polska remains in Warsaw's Metron office building
Sii Polska, the largest tenant of the Metron office building on Mokotów, signed a new lease agreement, extending its presence in this location for the coming years. Sii Polska is currently a leader in the IT industry and a major provider of technology consulting, digital transformation, BPO and engineering services in Poland. Since 2011, the company has had its Warsaw office in the Metron office building on Mokotów. The recently signed new lease agreement extends Sii Polska's presence in this office building to 2029. Sii Polska uses almost 4,700 square meters of workspace, distributed over several floors, making it currently the largest tenant of the Metron office building. Metron is a 10-story A+ class office building located on Aleja Niepodległości on Warsaw's Mokotów, offering 8,500 square meters of office space and over 160 parking spaces.
ING Hubs Poland becomes first tenant of The Form

Operational activities are carried out by units such as Risk Hub, Cards Hub, Know Your Customer, Centralised People Services Hub and Compliance Hub.The construction of The Form office building is proceeding according to schedule on a plot at the intersection of Pańska and Miedziana streets in the Wola district, close to Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The building will deliver to the market over 30,800 sqm of space for rent, including over 28,300 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of retail and service space. Each floor will offer flexible office space layout, ranging from 2,900 sqm to over 4,000 sqm of space.One of the central elements of The Form complex will be a green patio of nearly 700 sqm, with areas for meetings and relaxation, connecting with a new city park on Miedziana street. Tenants will also have access to three spacious terraces located on the fifth, sixth and eighth floors, with a total area of almost 1,100 sqm. The underground parking garage on levels -1 and -2 will have 254 parking spaces for tenants and guests, of which 30% will be equipped with electric vehicle charging facilities.

Global marketing communications giant headquartered in Nowy Rynek office building
Nowy Rynek E in Poznan became the new headquarters for the global marketing communications giant, Wunderman Thompson. Starting in September of this year, the office building on Wierzbięcice 1A Street in Poznan officially became the new workplace for nearly 300 employees of the company, which previously operated under the name Cognifide.Building E is part of the larger Nowy Rynek complex, which was created by Skanska in Poznan and offers almost 30,000 square meters of modern office space. This is a workplace that, in addition to offices, also offers almost 250 parking spaces and common areas with rest areas, salt brine baths and playgrounds.Wunderman Thompson's new headquarters has been adapted to the modern model of hybrid work. Employees can use so-called hot-desks, temporary workstations that can be reserved using a special mobile application. Additionally, the office features unusual, creative workspaces, such as swings, poufs and comfortable armchairs.Building E has 15 meeting rooms available, each of which can accommodate 2 to 16 people, which allows for flexible space arrangement and organization of various corporate events. Employees also have access to three kitchen points and two dining areas, which promotes comfortable meal consumption.
Andersia Silver tallest building in Poznan
A symbolic topping-out ceremony was held at the top of the Andersia Silver skyscraper. This marks the completion of the construction of the last floor of the building, making it the tallest in the entire capital of Greater Poland.Andersia Silver began construction in 2020 and now dominates Poznan's skyline. Not only is it the tallest building in the city, but also the largest and most modern office building, located at Plac Andersa. On its 25 above-ground floors, there are as many as 40,000 square meters of modern office space available. The building project was created in accordance with the highest standards and principles of sustainable development, and 15 elevators ensure easy movement between floors.Future tenants of Andersia Silver will have to choose between three different types of office space, differing in size and access to internal stairwells. On the ground floor there will be a bike storage room with locker rooms, showers, service stations and charging stations. Additionally, on two basement levels, there are 227 parking spaces for cars and charging stations for electric vehicles.

It is a strategic global services center responsible for the corporation's operations. The new Imperial Brands office in Krakow occupies an area of almost 1,600 square meters. This is the company's fourth investment in Poland, which has two modern factories in our country—in Tarnów Podgórny near Poznan and in Radom, as well as a global supply chain management center in Warsaw. The Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) plays a key role in integrating operations from the areas of finance, procurement, IT, and data analysis.The V.Offices office building, which houses the new Imperial Brands center, is modern space with an area of over 21,400 square meters. The building was awarded BREEAM "International New Construction" certification at the Outstanding level, achieving an impressive score of 98.87%.
