Operational activities are carried out by units such as Risk Hub, Cards Hub, Know Your Customer, Centralised People Services Hub and Compliance Hub.The construction of The Form office building is proceeding according to schedule on a plot at the intersection of Pańska and Miedziana streets in the Wola district, close to Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The building will deliver to the market over 30,800 sqm of space for rent, including over 28,300 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of retail and service space. Each floor will offer flexible office space layout, ranging from 2,900 sqm to over 4,000 sqm of space.One of the central elements of The Form complex will be a green patio of nearly 700 sqm, with areas for meetings and relaxation, connecting with a new city park on Miedziana street. Tenants will also have access to three spacious terraces located on the fifth, sixth and eighth floors, with a total area of almost 1,100 sqm. The underground parking garage on levels -1 and -2 will have 254 parking spaces for tenants and guests, of which 30% will be equipped with electric vehicle charging facilities.

This is a workplace that, in addition to offices, also offers almost 250 parking spaces and common areas with rest areas, salt brine baths and playgrounds.Wunderman Thompson's new headquarters has been adapted to the modern model of hybrid work. Employees can use so-called hot-desks, temporary workstations that can be reserved using a special mobile application. Additionally, the office features unusual, creative workspaces, such as swings, poufs and comfortable armchairs.Building E has 15 meeting rooms available, each of which can accommodate 2 to 16 people, which allows for flexible space arrangement and organization of various corporate events. This is the company's fourth investment in Poland, which has two modern factories in our country—in Tarnów Podgórny near Poznan and in Radom, as well as a global supply chain management center in Warsaw. The Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) plays a key role in integrating operations from the areas of finance, procurement, IT, and data analysis.The V.Offices office building, which houses the new Imperial Brands center, is modern space with an area of over 21,400 square meters. The building was awarded BREEAM "International New Construction" certification at the Outstanding level, achieving an impressive score of 98.87%.
