AML RightSource moves into Wadowicka 3C building
AML RightSource, a global leader in compliance in the field of financial crimes, has just relocated to a new office located in the Wadowicka 3C building, which is part of the project of Wadowicka Sp. z o. o. The company specializes in providing services of highly qualified AML experts and innovative technologies for financial institutions.The new office, occupying three floors with a total area of 4,473 sqm on the second, third and fourth floor of building C, will provide workplaces for approximately 540 employees. The office building is one of three parts of the Wadowicka 3 office complex, consisting of seven-story buildings handed over to use in 2021.AML RightSource offers a range of services, including transaction monitoring, alert management, extended due diligence reviews, and consulting in the field of fraud and financial crime prevention.AML RightSource's lease agreement is the largest office lease transaction on the Krakow market in the first half of 2023. The Wadowicka 3 complex, with a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, offers a total of about 32,000 sqm of office space, and its distinctive feature is a broken glass facade. Additionally, the complex has both above-ground and underground parking spaces, making it a class A investment.
Studio B office building on Warsaw's Wola handed over for use
A permit for the use of the modern Studio B office building was issued, which is part of a larger investment by Skanska on the territory of Warsaw's Wola. The next phase of this investment, consisting of a over 100-meter office tower, is currently in the preparation phase.Studio B is located between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations, in the immediate vicinity of Norblin Factory. After two years from the start of construction, permission to use this office building was obtained. Work on the complex began in Warsaw in August 2021. The first phase of the investment consists of a 14-story office building, which provides the capital market with nearly 20,300 square meters of office space available for rent. Before being handed over for use, the building was fully commercialized, and among the tenants of Studio B are m.in. companies from the Societe Generale group and Unum Życie and Business Link.Office building tenants can enjoy charming green terraces, an elegant lobby maintained in Scandinavian style, and comprehensively designed external space, which is harmoniously connected with the area of the iconic Norblin Factory.The investment located at Łucka 9 on Warsaw's Wola consists of two buildings in total. Although the buildings are being implemented independently, the foundation phase was carried out simultaneously under both buildings. In the second phase, it is planned to build an office tower over 100 meters high, which will offer approximately 23,000 sqm of space.
Leader of Poland's financial sector tenant of Lodz Textorial Park
Textorial Park, a Lodz office campus, gained a new tenant. A company from the financial sector rented 2,600 square meters of office space. The offices of the new tenant now occupy the 1st and 2nd floors of Building B of the Textorial Park complex. The complex is located in the historical part of Lodz, known as Ksiezy Mlyn, and borders the historic Park Źródliska. Currently, the rented space of 2,600 square meters is being arranged.Textorial Park is an office campus located not far from the center of Lodz, on the grounds of the historic Ksiezy Mlyn, which was originally the cotton warehouse of the Karol Scheibler factory. The complex was built in 2008 and consists of three class A office buildings connected to each other by a glass atrium. Textorial Park offers a total of almost 14,000 square meters of commercial space, of which 5,000 square meters is in Building A, 4,000 square meters in Building B and 4,300 square meters in Building C. The entire investment has a total of 161 parking spaces in an underground garage, 79 spaces in the outdoor area and a bicycle parking lot that offers 193 spaces.It is worth noting that all buildings of Textorial Park have received BREEAM In-Use certificates at good and very good levels.
Sky Tower as the First Complex in Poland with Two Prestigious Certificates
In Wrocław, there is the first complex in Poland that has earned two prestigious BREEAM in-Use certificates: BREEAM in-Use Office at the Excellence level and BREEAM in-Use Residential at the Very Good level. Interkadra, a leading recruitment firm, has expanded the group of tenants in the Buma Square office building in Krakow. The company's new office is located on Wadowicka Street, right next to the city center.Interkadra, which is part of the Synergie Group, ranks fifth in Europe in terms of the size of HR service providers. The company operates in 17 countries and has a total of 800 branches. The leading recruitment firm rented 756 square meters of office space in the Buma Square building, located at Wadowicka Street 6, close to the center of Krakow. A global IT services and software engineering company - Avenga - has joined the group of tenants at Infinity office building in Wrocław. In 2024, the company plans to open its office in Q2 2024.Avenga is a renowned provider of IT services and software engineering, specializing in delivering personalized technological solutions and ensuring their security. The company was created as a result of combining the experience and expertise of four companies from Poland, Germany and the USA. It currently employs over 4,300 IT consultants worldwide and serves well-known brands such as ABB, Allianz, GSK, Santander and Volvo. Air-purifying mural on Wrocław office building
One of the buildings in the Centrum Południe complex in Wrocław was decorated with a large mural created using air-purifying paints. This is the largest project of this kind in the capital of Lower Silesia.A mural with an area of over 700 square meters, designed by artist Zuzanna Wollny, can be admired while walking down the street Powstańców Śląskich in Wrocław. The mural is located on one of the buildings that are part of the Centrum Południe complex, owned by Skanska. The mural measures nearly 22 meters in height and almost 33 meters in width. The entire painting attracts attention by depicting the diversity of nature in the city, including greenery and animals.The realization of the project resulted from cooperation between Skanska and the Kolektyf studio. An interesting element is the fact that the paints used for its creation are photocatalytic. This is a special type of paint in which so-called photocatalytic reaction occurs. Thanks to solar energy and the presence of oxygen and humidity in the air, these paints transform pollutants such as car exhaust, sulfur dioxide or solvent vapors, present in urban air, into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water.A similar photocatalytic solution was also used in the vicinity of the Centrum Południe complex, where an anti-smog sidewalk was created.
