New location of Cowork by Memos opened at Mogilska 35 Office in Krakow
Memos opened its fourth coworking space in Poland. The new location of Cowork by Memos is located in the recently opened Mogilska 35 Office office building in Krakow. It offers flexible office space of almost 800 square meters, distributed on the ground floor and first floor of the building. The offer for tenants includes three conference rooms for 6, 8 and 12 people, as well as 76 workstations.Cowork by Memos provides services of serviced offices, meeting room rental and individual desks. This is already the second such place in Krakow, next to the previously offered space of 1,500 square meters in the office building at Mogilska 43, and two locations in Lodz: Ogrodowa 8 Office (almost 1,000 square meters, 92 workstations and 5 conference rooms) and Red Tower (over 1,800 square meters, 152 workstations and 5 conference rooms).The modern Mogilska 35 Office building received permission to use at the end of September of this year, and almost half of its space is already rented. The office building has attracted inter alia a global HR leader and an international company providing modern financial services. Discussions are underway with other potential tenants.The office building is located close to the strict center of Krakow and is Warimpex's third property in the Malopolska capital. Its total area is 13,453 square meters, distributed over 6 floors. Tenants of spaces on the upper floors have access to terraces with direct access from the office.
Arkady Wrocławskie Will Be Demolished
The information about the closure of the Arkady Wrocławskie shopping and office center, located at the intersection of Powstańców Śląskich and Swobodna streets, in the very center of Wrocław, has been officially confirmed. Develia, the current owner of the complex, announced the final date for the closure of the facility and the intention to submit an application for its demolition. Arkady Wrocławskie is a multi-level shopping and office center, which was built in 2004-2007 according to the project of the AP Szczepaniak architectural studio. The facility offers three floors of retail space with a total area of approximately 30,000 sqm, where dozens of shops, a cinema and a fitness club operate. Additionally, the complex contains office space of 9,000 sqm, distributed on 11 floors. According to the announcement, Arkady Wrocławskie will be closed in the first half of 2024, and the owner plans to submit an application for permission to demolish the facility. Additionally, negotiations with a potential buyer of the shopping gallery are currently underway.
Aviareps moves into LIFE Building
Aviareps will rent space in the recently modernized LIFE Building office building, previously known as Atrium Tower. Aviareps Polska, which is part of the global Aviareps Groups, is a global agency specializing in sales, marketing and public relations for tourist brands and renowned airlines. Aviareps is a global leader in the tourism, aviation and hotel industry, with 65 offices in 59 countries worldwide. The modern LIFE Building office building, consisting of 13 floors, is located in the very heart of Warsaw, at al. Jana Pawła II 25. The total area of the building is 11,870 thousand sqm. Currently, the LIFE Building is undergoing modernization. As part of this process, the second floor of the tower has already been renovated, and LIFE_executive lounge and LIFE_terrace were created on it - excellent places for meetings with colleagues, relaxation or networking. Ongoing renovation work also includes a full modernization of the building, resulting in a fully equipped event and coworking space, connected with an external terrace of 400 sqm, accessible to all users of the building.
Wolf Theiss Law Firm in Poznań's Okrąglak
The Wolf Theiss law firm is expanding its activities in Poland by opening a new office in Poznań. The new office will be located in the distinctive Okrąglak building in the Old Town, which has gained the status of an icon of this city. The firm has teams in 13 countries, employing 390 lawyers, of which over 80% specialize in cross-border advice for clients with international reach. The company's main headquarters in the country remains in Warsaw.
C.H. Robinson joins Studio B tenant base
C.H. Robinson, the world's largest logistics platform, will join the group of tenants of one of the buildings belonging to the Studio investment on Warsaw's Wola. The company plans to move to the new location in spring 2024.The company's new headquarters will occupy an area of 4,500 square meters. C.H. Robinson provides services in the field of transport, logistics of goods, outsourcing, as well as the acquisition of products and information services through a network of over 300 offices located in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.Studio B is a modern office complex that is part of Skanska's project on Wola, situated between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations. The total office space of the completed building is approximately 20,300 square meters. The architectural design was developed by the Danish Arrow Architects office and the Polish Grupa 5 Architekci.Currently, the second phase of the investment is underway, including a over 100-meter high-rise. This building, consisting of 27 floors, will provide 26,600 square meters of office space for rent. It is scheduled to be handed over for use in Q4 2025.
Chilliflex tenant of the Krakow Kreo office building
Ghelamco, owner of the Kreo office building, acquired a new tenant for its newest project in Krakow - Chilliflex. This company, specializing in the field of coworking and serviced offices, rented almost 5,700 sqm of office space. This is one of the largest concluded lease agreements on the Krakow office market this year. Chillflex will open its serviced offices and coworking spaces in the spring of next year on the 1st and 2nd floor of the KREO office building. The lease agreement with Ghelamco, the investor and owner of the property, was signed for a period of 10 years.The KREO office building is located at ul. Wadowickiej.
Just Join IT among Olivia Centre tenants
Just Join IT joined the ranks of Olivia Centre tenants. One of the fastest growing companies on the HR Tech market in the Central and Eastern European region has just relocated to its new office. Just Join IT is the largest job offer portal for the IT industry in Poland. The company also includes RocketJobs.pl and Hello HR portals, dedicated to office workers and the HR industry. The company's headquarters is located on the prestigious 13th floor of the Olivia Prime office building, the newest building in the largest business center in Poland. The common areas of the building are filled with plants, and the main finishing material is wood. Most offices have spacious terraces and loggias, often surrounded by greenery.
Construction of over 100-meter high-rise on Warsaw's Wola has begun
Construction of an over 100-meter high-rise between the Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego metro stations has begun, whose investor is Skanska. This is the second office building of the Studio complex. The first one, Studio B, was handed over for use a few days ago. Skanska is now proceeding with the implementation of the second phase of the investment, including a 27-story high-rise with a total rental area of 26,600 square meters.Studio is an office complex located between the Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations. Among the available amenities are m.in. 150 parking spaces for cyclists, green terraces on the seventh and twelfth floors, and an open square with small architecture, rain gardens and retention tanks, facilitating water collection. This square is a point connecting Studio with the neighboring Norblin Factory.Studio A is a 105-meter office tower, reminiscent in appearance of the first phase of the complex. The ground floor will be decorated with characteristic "X's". At the entrance to Studio, employees and guests will be greeted by an elegant lobby in Scandinavian style, maintained in warm, friendly colors. The high-rise is to be ready in Q4 2025.
Lakeside received occupancy permit
The modern Lakeside office building was officially handed over for use. The investment was implemented by Atenor, and the architectural design was created by Grupa 5 Architekci. The occupancy permit was obtained at the end of October. Lakeside, Atenor's first office project in Warsaw, is directly adjacent to the Dolina Służewiecka park area. It provides approximately 23,850 square meters of office space to the local office market, of which more than half was leased by Luxmed. The Lakeside building was erected on the site of the former University Business Center I building at ul. Szturmowa 2. It consists of two sets of floors offset relative to each other, creating groups of floors. Buildings A and B are connected by a connector on the second and third floors. Floors above level 0 have varied outlines, creating two or three-story groups. The space between buildings was developed as a courtyard, covered with an openwork steel structure. Two two-story entrances to the lobbies close the west and east sides of the courtyard.
New tenant of North Gate office building
A new tenant from the renewable energy sector rented office space in the North Gate building with an area of over 5,000 square meters.The enterprise is among the Top 50 largest Polish companies, and employees are planning to move into the new office in the first half of 2024.North Gate is a modern class A office building with a height of almost 90 meters, offering a total of approximately 48,000 square meters on 27 floors, including 29,000 square meters of offices for rent. Tenants also have access to a five-level car parking with 310 spaces, with extensive facilities for cyclists, including lockers and showers.The office building is located in the northern part of Warsaw, on Bonifraterska Street in the Midtown district. In the immediate vicinity of the office building there are, among others Park im. Romualda Traugutta, Ibis hotel and Westfield Arkadia Shopping Center. The property belongs to the Deka Immobilien fund.
