The Poleczki Park office complex on Ursynów will expand with a new office building. The new office building in Poleczki Park already has permission to begin construction. As part of this investment, a 16-meter building will be built, offering a total of 9,300 square meters of space for rent on four floors. The investor is UBM Development Polska. The office building, as the first in Warsaw, will be built using wooden technology, using laminated timber, cross-laminated timber panels (CLT) and prefabricated facade elements in a skeletal system.The architectural design of the office building is by Ambient studio.The use of wood instead of reinforced concrete will contribute to a reduction in embedded carbon footprint. Architects will also introduce solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and lowering carbon footprint in the use phase, such as limiting facade glazing, efficient installation and lighting systems and photovoltaic installation. The building will also be equipped with solutions that save water, increase rainwater retention and support biodiversity.

We learned the company that will be the general contractor in the construction process of the modern Vena office building on Warsaw's Wola. The investment will deliver approximately 15,400 m² of modern office space available for rent to the capital market.Polish Real Estate Holding announced the beginning of construction of the Vena office building in Warsaw in late 2023. Now we learned the company that was selected as the general contractor for this investment - it is Skanska. Vena, located at Prymasa Tysiąclecia 83 in the Wola district, near the intersection with Kasprzaka Street, will be an intimate, modern class A office building. A 12-floor office building will offer 15,400 m² of workspace, as well as a two-level underground parking lot for 153 cars. Retail and service outlets will appear on the ground floor and first floor.Future Vena office building tenants will have the opportunity to flexibly adapt individual floors to their arrangement needs. The building will also be enriched with an internal plaza with greenery and small architecture elements.The architectural design is the work of Atelier 7 (A7AG) studio, and the estimated investment cost is 200 million zlotys. Skanska has committed to completing the office building construction within 24 months.
