Efigence company extended the lease agreement for 1,200 sqm of office space at Platinium Business Park in Warsaw's Mokotow. Platinium Business Park complex consists of six buildings with a total area of over 60,000 sqm. The owner of this facility is Allianz Real Estate. Efigence is a technology company specializing in designing and implementing innovative solutions for the financial and e-commerce sectors. For many years it cooperates with the largest banks in Poland and abroad, offering UX/UI, development and strategic consulting services. Efigence's Warsaw office is located in the Platinium Business Park complex, located at the intersection of Wolska and Domaniewska streets. Platinium Business Park is six buildings with a total area of over 60,000 sqm, owned by Allianz Real Estate. Its distinguishing features are not only the high quality of finishing, but also interesting landscaping of common spaces. The complex also offers amenities such as a restaurant, kiosk and cafe. An additional advantage is the proximity of the Westfield Mokotow shopping center and newly created residential investments in the area.
Two new lease agreements in Krakow's Bonarka for Business
Two new lease agreements were signed in Krakow's Bonarka For Business. SeproTec Multilingual Solutions is also known for supporting the most important assets of an organization and holds a leading position in content management and documentation translation services regarding intellectual property, and is a leading provider of patent translations, serving over 120 languages.Bonarka for Business "B4B" is a prestigious business park in Krakow, consisting of eight class A buildings, offering a total of 75,000 sqm. LIXA E building in Warsaw almost fully commercialized
LIXA E building at Ronda Daszyńskiego in Warsaw has almost been fully commercialized.The leading European manufacturer of aluminum systems, Aluprof SA, has joined the group of tenants of the LIXA E building. On the ground floor of the office building, at 340 square meters, there will be an office and the first Aluprof showroom in Warsaw. Unique Work, a medical communication agency, also chose LIXA E for its new headquarters, renting almost 285 square meters on the ground floor, where the company's office and a modern recording studio will be located.The LIXA E office building is part of the office campus near Ronda Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. Located on the western side of the publicly accessible LIXA City Gardens passage, the office building is part of the LIXA complex, which will ultimately consist of five buildings with a total area of 77,000 square meters. The LIXA E building provided the capital market with almost 18,000 square meters of modern office space.Aluprof SA, which is part of the Grupa Kęty SA Capital Group, is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of aluminum systems. Unique Work, a medical communication agency, also decided on LIXA E, renting a space of 285 square meters for 5 years, and Patron Brokers supported it in the negotiations.The LIXA E building was handed over for use in January 2024. Like the other parts of the complex, it was implemented in accordance with the sustainable development strategy, emphasizing ESG standards. During construction, only electricity from renewable sources such as onshore wind farms was used. Low-emission concrete and low-emission recycled aluminum were used in the construction of the structure and facade of the complex. Additionally, the office building was equipped with tilt windows, high-speed elevators recovering energy and LED lighting. Rainwater will be collected and used for watering gardens, and a water feature with water mist spray on hot days will be created in the courtyard.The LIXA office campus is being built in stages in Warsaw's business center on Wola, near Ronda Daszyńskiego metro station, designed by HRA Architects. Both existing buildings and the latest LIXA D building are certified in the green building BREEAM system at Excellent level. The LIXA project also has a WELL Health-Safety rating, confirming compliance with high safety standards and procedures.
Concept Tower Skyscraper Has Been Sold
A new transaction on the Warsaw real estate market. CPI Property Group sold the Concept Tower office building, located in Warsaw's Wola district. The 15-story skyscraper has been fully rented by 25 institutions and enterprises. The buyer of the building became WOOD & Company Real Estate Fund. Having a LEED certificate is proof that a building meets specified standards for sustainable design and operation.The Poznan office building in the Nowy Rynek complex is equipped with technologies that reduce drinking water consumption by 64%. It also has infrastructure that enables the collection of rainwater and gray water, which is already used, which can be used again. Tenant premises are equipped with water-efficient fixtures that allow for control of water consumption throughout the building. Thanks to innovative LED lighting, energy consumption has been reduced by over 30%.
