Trident BMC expands office in Gdańsk's C200 Office
Trident BMC, specializing in the design and modernization of vessels for the maritime industry, expanded its agreement with Gdańsk's C200 Office, while increasing the occupied space. Now it has over 2,200 square meters. Trident BMC, which has an established position in the industry, celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, during which it completed over 3,500 projects. In order to ensure smooth project implementation, the company is constantly developing and currently employs several hundred people. It is part of the Trident Maritime Systems group. C200 Office is a modern office building located a short distance from Gdańsk's Śródmieście district. Trident BMC offers engineering, contracting and service services for entities from the shipbuilding industry.
New office building in Wroclaw ready for use
Cavatina Holding S.A. obtained permission to use the Quorum A office building. The modern office building erected on the bank of the Oder by Cavatina Holding S.A. offers office space with a total area of 18,000 sqm.Quorum A is one of five buildings that are part of the investment located in the heart of Wroclaw on the bank of the Oder. The entire complex is the largest multifunctional project in Lower Silesia, consisting ultimately of five diverse buildings.Building Quorum A offers not only 18,000 sqm of office space, but also 340 sqm of commercial space and over 1,000 sqm of terraces, thus creating excellent conditions for business development.The newly opened facility complements Cavatina Holding's office offer, and one of its tenants is, among others, Keywords Studios, which signed a contract for almost 4,000 sqm of space.Like all buildings that are part of the complex, Quorum A will be subject to BREEAM and WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
New office building is being built in Szczecin
In Szczecin, a new office building is being built in a location with a view m.in. of Lake Dąbie. The investment is currently under construction and its completion is planned for 2025.The developer, who has so far gained recognition in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the implementation of high-standard residential units, is now conducting construction of a modern office building. In the immediate vicinity of the CLUBHOUSE apartment building, Marina Developer is implementing its new office project. Marina Hangar will be a modern, 4-story office building, offering entrepreneurs over 2,000 square meters of work space. Each floor will have approximately 450 square meters, and the height of the rooms will range from 300 to 473 cm.The investment is being built on a plot at Przestrzenna Street, on the right bank of the river, in the vicinity of Lake Dąbie and a historic hangar. Currently, construction of the building is at the stage of completion of the fourth and last floor. The office building will soon reach an open raw state and finishing work will begin.The first work on the plot at Przestrzenna Street began in October 2023, and completion of construction is planned for the first quarter of 2025.The architectural design is the responsibility of specialists from the Orłowski Szymański studio, while the investor is Marina Developer.
Kyndryl opened a new office in .KTW I building in Katowice
Kyndryl, a global IT service provider, opened a new office in the KTW I building in Katowice. The company became a tenant of the flexible space operator Loftmill. In Katowice, Kyndryl employs over 1,000 employees in a hybrid model. Their activities include comprehensive IT services, including network management, server system operations and IT infrastructure maintenance and monitoring. The CRC, an educational program implemented since 2014, is aimed at students and graduates of Upper and Lower Silesian universities. It aims to provide participants with practical IT knowledge and skills, preparing them for work in large organizations. Loftmill is a new brand of one of the longest-operating flexible office operators in Poland, Rise.pl. In March 2024, it began operating in the Katowice office building .KTW I, offering serviced offices and coworking spaces. It offers serviced offices and coworking spaces on an area of 1,100 square meters. As part of this space, the operator prepared over 120 work stations in various configurations, providing full equipment and access control to the arranged interiors.
British law firm opened an office in V Tower

Located in the central business area of Warsaw, the office building consists of a tower part and a podium, which is served by 4 additional separate receptions that can be dedicated to tenants exclusively.
Diuna Office Complex with New Tenant
The Diuna office complex, part of Syrena Real Estate's portfolio, gained a new tenant - JDE Peet's (JDEP), which occupies an office of 900 sqm. Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, underwent a significant transformation under the direction of Syrena Real Estate and PineBridge Benson Elliot. The office complex, located in Warsaw's Służewiec, has been modernized according to current market standards. The changes made included revitalization of external spaces and reconstruction of the entrance lobby of four buildings. A concrete parking lot of 6,000 sqm was transformed into a publicly accessible park, which gained 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. Additionally, new co-working spaces were introduced, as well as a conference center with a dedicated meeting room and a training room. The complex was also equipped with a modern bicycle zone with complete infrastructure for cycling enthusiasts. The main designer of the new Diuna concept is MJZ architectural studio, iGreen Landscape Architecture is responsible for the green design, while the design of new interiors was developed by Łoskiewicz Studio. Reesco Group was responsible for the complex renovation, while cmT was responsible for project management.
Renewable energy developer chooses new office
Eolus Poland, a company operating in the renewable energy sector, will join the list of LIFE Building tenants. In April, the company will occupy 276 sqm of office space in this building on Warsaw's Wola. In 2023, LIFE Building underwent a comprehensive renovation, during which it gained a refreshed image and high-quality space. In its new incarnation, the building became a green oasis, characterized by the distinctive use of natural elements in common areas and the use of industrial elements - abundant greenery contrasting with steel structures and concrete surfaces.
