The company is valued for its high quality services and commitment to professional and social development.EY rented 2,000 square meters of office space in the Brain Park complex on Grzegórzki, which offers a total of 43,000 m² of modern workspace and almost 10,000 m² of green areas. The planned date for the new tenant to move into the office in downtown is scheduled for the second half of this year. Approaching the completion of construction of the tallest building in Poznan - the AND2 office building. The process of installing the facade of the skyscraper, consisting of semi-structural curtain walls, is nearing completion.The AND2 office building, being constructed at Plac Andersa in Poznan, is already presenting itself in almost all its splendor. The facade installation, made of aluminum and glass, is slowly coming to an end.Thanks to semi-structural curtain walls, a fully glazed effect was achieved, eliminating external connecting elements such as mullions and beams. This creates the effect of a uniform glass sheet. The installation of the segmented facade is carried out with the support of mini cranes, eliminating the need for external scaffolding.AND2 has a facade glazed with functional glass, which reduces the amount of transmitted light and limits the heating of rooms, which translates into lower energy consumption for cooling them. Additionally, internal blinds are planned. Narrow, openable window wings have been designed in the elements of the glass facade. On the southern part of the facade, the installation of photovoltaic panels is planned.The next stage of the investment will be installation work, planned for the transition between March and April of this year. At the same time, interior finishing work of the office building will begin. The handover of AND2 to use is expected in 2025. This 120-meter skyscraper will offer 40,000 sqm of office space, supplemented by commercial and service space. AND2 will become the most modern office building in the capital of Greater Poland. The investment is being implemented by Von der Heyden Group in cooperation with the City of Poznan, thus completing the 25-year construction at Plac Andersa. The general contractor of the office building is PORR. The office building's offer includes three types of office space: Silver, the most spacious and suitable for large teams, Gold with a view of all sides of the city, and Palladium on the upper floors for those who want to stand out their business.

Rituals Cosmetics Poland company has joined the tenants of Warsaw's CityGate office building. The company will move to its new office in May 2024 and will occupy approximately 600 sqm. Brookfield Partners represented Rituals Cosmetics Poland in verifying potential locations, selecting the target headquarters and negotiating lease terms. CityGate is an office building located in Warsaw's Wola district at the intersection of Solidarity Avenue and Towarowa Street, consists of two parts: Building A (with 13 above-ground floors) and Building B (with six above-ground floors), connected by a two-level underground parking garage for 226 parking spaces. The total usable area of the complex is 23 thousand sqm, of which 19 thousand sqm is intended for office space. The ground floor is occupied by retail and service outlets with an area of about 1.4 thousand sqm.

In the country, the company has been present since 1992, with headquarters in Gdańsk, Gliwice, Krakow, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław.The VIBE office building, located in the area of Daszyńskiego Roundabout on Wola, will offer modern Class A space of 15,000 sqm. Future tenants will enjoy various amenities such as infrastructure for cyclists (lockers, showers, bicycle parking, repair station), charging stations for electric vehicles, and other conveniences. The planned date for handing over the office building for use is the second quarter of 2024.
