Oxford Tower Undergoes Modernization
The modernization process of the headquarters of the Mazovian Branch of the National Health Fund, located in Warsaw's Midtown, is underway. The changes will affect all 9 floors of the Oxford Tower skyscraper. Oxford Tower is an office building from the 1970s located at the intersection of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Chałubińskiego Street. The 47-story building offers Class B offices and retail and service outlets, including shops, banks and restaurants. Tenants have access to conference rooms and parking. As part of the project implementation, major changes were made to the functional layout of the space and the existing electrical and plumbing installations were modernized. The hall has been fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. An innovative sound guidance system has been introduced to help visually impaired persons navigate and move safely and comfortably around the facility. The newly refreshed Customer Service Hall was also designed with children in mind – a special play corner and rest rooms were designated where guardians can take care of the youngest visitors. The ground floor of the building serves not only as customer service, but also as an office area for several dozen employees. Oxford Tower has long been the central headquarters of the Mazovian Branch of NFZ, which occupies a total of 9 floors in the building. These spaces will also undergo modernization. The entire process is expected to be completed in early 2024.
Wroclaw's Quorum presents itself more impressively
Further buildings of the multifunctional Quorum complex, the largest such project in Wroclaw, are taking shape. Construction work is approaching the final stage - later this year the construction of the residential tower will be completed, while at the beginning of 2024, the completion of modern offices is planned.Quorum is an extensive multifunctional complex being built along the bank of the Oder River in the Wroclaw district of Szczepin. The project is managed by Cavatina Holding. The total GLA (Gross Leasable Area) of this project is 91,182 sqm. Future tenants and users of office space will be able to use a car park with a capacity of over 1,200 parking spaces.As part of the Quorum complex, building D has already been handed over to use. In October 2022, this facility delivered over 16,200 sqm of class A office space to the Wroclaw market, distributed over six floors. The office building also has space dedicated to commercial and service purposes with an area of about 1,000 sqm.Building A, a 43-meter structure, is in an advanced stage of construction, offering as many as 18,000 sqm of office space for rent.The most time-consuming work is being carried out during the construction of an impressive 140-meter skyscraper, with a total rental area of almost 52,000 sqm. This building will become the second tallest building in Wroclaw after the famous Sky Tower. The entire process of creating the Quorum complex, located at ul. Sikorskiego 34, began in November 2020.
Intereko Energia in an office building at Ogrodowa in Łódź
Intereko Energia, a leader in creating sustainable waste management systems, has now joined the group of companies occupying the offices of Ogrodowa 8 Office. Already in July of this year, Intereko Energia employees moved to their new headquarters. This company not only operates in Poland and Europe, but also implements projects on the African and Asian continents. Founded in 2013, the Polish company creates innovative and sustainable waste management systems, covering both engineering and service aspects, as well as consulting. Furthermore, it is an active participant in the international intergovernmental organization IGO UNASDG, established in 2019 during the summit in Helsinki, which aims to support developing countries in implementing sustainable development goals (SDG). The company's new headquarters was located on the 6th floor of the Ogrodowa 8 Office building in Łódź. Before the final move, employees use the space provided by the flex operator, Cowork by Memos, which operates in this building. The Ogrodowa 8 Office building is located at the intersection of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia streets. It offers over 28,000 square meters of workspace, supplemented with various service and commercial points.
Hi Piotrkowska in Lodz Gained a New Tenant
The ranks of Hi Piotrkowska building tenants, situated in the very center of Lodz, have been joined by a leading food producer and manufacturer of industrial components derived from renewable plant sources—Primient.The company plans to open its office with an area of 776.92 sqm on the twelfth floor of the Hi Piotrkowska building in September of this year.When creating the office interior design, the design team focused on adapting the space to Primient's individual needs. Significant emphasis was placed on creating a relaxation zone, areas enabling intensive brainstorming, the presence of vegetation, and ecological aspects, in accordance with the company's principles and identity.Hi Piotrkowska complex is a mixed-use complex located near the Piotrkowska Centrum junction. Panasonic Training Center Moves to Trinity One
Panasonic is making changes to the location of its training center. The Polish branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH will still be located in the Platinium Business Park building in Mokotów. However, the Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions training center will be relocated to the Trinity One building, located on a neighboring street.Panasonic is a renowned provider of technology in the field of communications, entertainment, household equipment, air conditioning and HVAC systems, as well as vehicle technology and various types of devices that support progress. It has been operating in Poland for thirty years, and is present in over thirty-five different markets in Europe.The Polish branch of Panasonic will be located in an office with an area of 950 sqm, which will undergo comprehensive modernization in accordance with the latest trends and current team needs. The training center will move its headquarters from its current location on Postępu Street to a ground floor office with an area of 240 sqm in the Trinity One office building, located on Domaniewska Street. Platinium Business Park is a complex of six office buildings located in Mokotów, offering a total of over 60,000 sqm of office space. Trinity One, owned by the Revetas Capital fund, has 18,000 sqm of modern workspace.
Former mBank Headquarters in Katowice Offered for Sale

International company CGI, offering consulting and IT services, relocated its headquarters to the Ethos building at Three Crosses Square. The physical relocation process was completed in the first week of August. Previously, the company had its office on Królewska Street. CGI is one of the world's leading independent companies specializing in business consulting and IT services. It was founded in Canada in 1976 and currently employs as many as 91,000 consultants and experts worldwide. In fiscal year 2022, CGI's revenue reached an impressive level of 12.87 billion USD. The new address of the company in the Ethos building is a unique interior of almost 1,000 sqm. The office was arranged to combine the functionality of an office building with a pleasant, homely atmosphere. In the new headquarters, team work spaces were created, including spacious conference rooms and four-person rooms. At the same time, individual work spaces were provided, known as "phone booths". For the convenience of employees, there is a mezzanine that serves as a chill room, equipped with a foosball table. Higher up there are shelves with books and board games. Ethos office building, located in the heart of Warsaw's downtown at Three Crosses Square, is one of the most modern class A+ facilities. The Park Krakow gained a new tenant
The Park Krakow gained its first tenant. In the B2 office building of this complex, Infogain - a leading provider of technology solutions with its headquarters in Silicon Valley - set up its office. Infogain specializes in creating innovative digital platforms. The company will occupy 650 sqm on the fifth floor of the B2 building, which is to be handed over to use in the third quarter of this year.The Park Krakow complex consists of several office buildings, the first of which was handed over to use in May 2022. OTCF was the first tenant of this office building. It is also worth mentioning that in the B1 building, which will open at the end of this year, there will be My Fitness Place fitness club. Kopernik Office Buildings extends its agreement with Tchibo Coffee Service. Almost 400 sqm of space in this building will be at the disposal of Tchibo Coffee Service employees. Brookfield Partners was involved in the renegotiation of the current office lease terms. Kopernik Office Buildings is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The complex includes 5 office buildings built over the years 2001-2007. The total area of the buildings is 25,000 sqm. The buildings received BREEAM certification at "Very Good" and "Excellent" levels.
Wrocław office building Centrum Południe with new tenant
Axxiome, a company specializing in IT solutions for the financial services industry, joined the group of tenants of the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław. The international company operates in Europe, North America and Latin America. Axxiome is a leading player in combining traditional banking platforms with modern solutions and is recognized as a leader in digital transformation projects of the financial sector worldwide. In Poland, the company has offices in Wrocław and Opole, where it employs managers responsible for global departments such as technology, products, IT systems architecture, IT management, finance and HR.In August of this year, Axxiome employees will move to a new office building that is part of the Centrum Południe investment. This office building investment was realized by Skanska and is located in the near center of Wrocław, on the street Powstańców Śląskich. In the second phase of the complex, 14 floors were handed over to use, offering a total of 21,500 square meters of office space for lease.
