Answear.com Opens Store at Fabryka Norblina
The first and only stationary salon of the Answer.com brand will open in the multifunctional Fabryka Norblina complex in Warsaw. A flagship salon of the PRM brand will also be opened in the same place. Answer.com is a powerful player in the fashion industry, being the leading digital sales platform for exclusive clothing, footwear and accessories. Currently, the company operates in 11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine. Fabryka Norblina complex is a mixed-use complex in Warsaw's Wola district and belongs to Capital Park Group. The opening of this place took place in September 2021 as part of the revitalization of former factories such as Norblin, Buch Brothers and T. Werner. The total available area is over 65,000 square meters, of which 41,000 square meters are office buildings.
Polska Press Stays in Krakow's Podgorze
Polska Press Group decided to extend its lease agreement and make arrangement changes in its Krakow office complex, Zabłocie Business Park A, where it occupies over 830 sqm of space. Polska Press Group is a media and technology company that publishes 20 regional daily newspapers and manages 600 editorial offices throughout Poland.Zabłocie Business Park, which is part of Uniqua Real Estate's property portfolio, is an office complex located on Romanowicza Street in Krakow, in the Podgorze district. The complex consists of two seven-story buildings offering a combined 11,300 sqm of rental space (building A) and 14,500 sqm of rental space (building B).
International giant Alorica Inc. enters Poland
The first half of 2023 proved to be a success for Echo Investment in Łódź. The company signed lease agreements with a total area of almost 10,000 square meters, becoming the leader among transactions concluded this year on the Łódź office market. The group of tenants of the React office building, located in the city center, was expanded with an international giant from the BPO and CX solutions leader sector - Alorica Inc. The company opened its office with an area of almost 5,000 square meters, which now serves as the European headquarters of the company. In the lease negotiation process, the tenants were represented by advisors from Brookfield Partners.React is a modern Class A office building, situated on a plot on aleja Piłsudskiego 24, next to Łódź Gallery and at a short distance from the Central Tram Station. The building, offering over 15,000 square meters of workspace, was designed by the Litoborski+Marciniak architectural office. The heart of the office building is a spacious lobby, which is perfect as a place for meetings, conferences or training.The group of tenants of Łódź's React includes, among others, Grupa Deles and Enel-Med, which operates its medical facility in it. The office building also offers serviced offices and Loftmill coworking spaces.
Warsaw Unit with a new tenant
The list of tenants of the Warsaw UNIT office building has been expanded to include a leading investor in renewable energy sources in Poland, RWE Renewables, which will open its new headquarters at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. RWE Renewables, a leader in renewable energy investment in Poland, will move to this tower in the fall of this year. The company's new headquarters with an area of almost 1,600 square meters will be located on the 22nd floor of the office building. The lease agreement, signed for a period of 5 years, was concluded with Ghelamco, the investor and owner of the property. RWE Renewables is currently a key strategic investor in the field of renewable energy sources. The company is engaged in developing, building and operating wind and solar farms on land and at sea. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 2007 and employs almost 200 highly qualified employees who work in several offices in Poland, in cities such as Szczecin, Gdynia, Słupsk, Inowrocław, Rzeszów, Łódź and Warsaw. Warsaw UNIT is one of the most ecological and technologically advanced towers in Poland, offering a total of 59,000 square meters of modern office space. The building has a WELL Core certificate at Platinum level and as the first of its kind, received an Outstanding rating under the BREEAM certificate.
Centrum Orlat in Wroclaw Underwent Revitalization
The Centrum Orlat office building, located in Wroclaw at the intersection of Podwale, Piłsudski, and Braniborska streets, underwent major renovation and modernization. The building is owned by the Quartum fund, which is part of the Adventum Group. Tétris was responsible for carrying out renovation work and partially the design. The office building adjacent to Świebodzki station now offers 20,000 sqm of modern rental space, adapted to the highest standards and business needs.The investment included facade replacement, creation of terraces, garage renovation, renovation of two receptions, and modernization of HVAC installations, all electrical systems, and SAP, DSO, and BMS systems. One of the significant elements of the new facade is new lamellae with a total length of 3 km. These changes not only give the building an attractive appearance but also increase its functionality and energy efficiency.
BK&P law firm will open its office in Quorum D in Wroclaw
The Leśniewski, Borkiewicz, Kostka & Partners law firm will open its office in Quorum D in Wroclaw. The law firm specializes mainly in the field of new technologies and since 2010 has been dealing with personal data protection law, providing support to companies operating around the world in industries such as software development, game development, e-commerce, M&A and tax. Currently, the company's team includes over 20 experienced advisors, including lawyers, legal counselors and tax advisors. Due to the company's growth, LBK&P was looking for new office space in Wroclaw.The Quorum complex is a multifunctional complex with a total area of 100,000 m² available to tenants. Additionally, on the 35th floor there is an observation deck with a beautiful view of the entire city.Quorum D building, being the first part of the complex, is distinguished by modern architecture that harmoniously combines with the restored historic brick building. This office building offers its tenants over 16,200 m² of class A office space, distributed over six floors, along with approximately 1,000 m² of retail and commercial spaces. The complex also has parking for over 220 cars and an internal patio.
Craft office building handed over for use
Ghelamco announced that their flagship Katowice office project Craft received a permit for use. As a result, an additional 26,700 m² of modern office space appeared on the local market. The 55-meter-high office building is located in the direct vicinity of the Middle Route and Silesia City Center shopping center. The characteristic element of the building is the so-called "razor blades" in a shade of tarnished copper located on the facade, with which architects from the Katowice Czora & Czora Architectural Studio gave it an industrial character, directly referring to Katowice's industrial heritage. The project is characterized by numerous green areas, and up to six terraces, including one on the roof, will be available to people working in the building.Electric car charging stations have been installed in the office building, and bicycle parking spaces have been made available, along with changing rooms and showers. In total, employees and guests have access to 218 parking spaces in the underground garage and 28 spaces in front of the building.
NFZ leases four floors in Malta Office Park
The Greater Poland Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund now plays a key role as a tenant in the Malta Office Park office complex in Poznań. The move to the new location is planned for mid-2024, and the signed agreement includes a ten-year lease period. The Greater Poland Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund occupies space with a total area of 4,900 sqm. Malta Office Park is a complex consisting of six office buildings located above Lake Maltańskie, and its management is handled by EPP. The National Health Fund rented space that will be adapted to high standards and the needs of the state institution. A special customer service room is planned on the ground floor, while the new tenant's offices will be located on floors 3, 4 and 5.
Forest Campus among the most beautiful gardens of Warsaw
The jury of the competition "Warsaw in Flowers", organized by the Management of Greenery of Warsaw, honored the Forest office campus in the category "Green Arrangement". In the complex surrounded by greenery, lush vegetation is presented at two levels - in an open-to-pedestrians courtyard on the ground floor and in a rooftop garden. The garden located on the roof of the building at ul. Burakowska 14 is free to visit for all visitors, open every day from early morning to late evening. The Management of Greenery of Warsaw in cooperation with the Society of Friends of Warsaw has been organizing the "Warsaw in Flowers" competition for many years. This competition is aimed at both green space enthusiasts, experienced gardeners and ordinary residents. The results of this year's jubilee 40th edition were announced on August 27 during a solemn final held at the Multimedia Park of Fountains. Among 250 entries, the most beautiful Warsaw balconies, gardens and green arrangements were selected.
Foster + Partners opens its office at Varso Tower
The prestigious architectural firm, Foster + Partners, plans to open its new office in Warsaw, located in the Varso Tower skyscraper. Foster + Partners has been operating since 1967, and its branches are scattered around the world. The company can boast of projects such as Apple's headquarters in California, the impressive Bloomberg office building in London, or the distinctive Commerzbank tower in Frankfurt. In Poland, it became famous primarily for the design of the Metropolitan office building, rising at Piłsudski Square. Currently, the firm is responsible for the design of the Central Communication Hub, an innovative complex connecting air, rail and road transport between Warsaw and Łódź. The new office with a space of 730 square meters will be the largest Foster + Partners facility outside the United Kingdom. Employees plan to move to the new headquarters before the end of the year. The tower has 70,000 square meters of modern workspace, of which over 70 percent is already leased. Among the tower's tenants are well-known entities, such as cloud service provider - Box, renowned law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig.
