One of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw has changed ownership. This is Warta Tower, an iconic skyscraper located at Chmielna Street that was sold for over 63 million euros. The facility offers a total of over 33,000 square meters of office rental space. A unique feature of this nearly 100-meter skyscraper is an interestingly designed lobby, which allows for any arrangement of space, as well as extensive glazing, ensuring excellent natural lighting of the interiors. Additionally, for the convenience of tenants, nearly 560 parking spaces are available. The previous owner of Warta Tower was a leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe - Globalworth. However, the company signed an agreement to sell the skyscraper to an entity associated with the Cornerstone Investment Management investment platform. The value of this transaction reaches over 63 million euros. Cornerstone Investment Management is a company engaged in the management of private equity, private equity real estate, private debt, and private equity investments, whose assets under management amount to 7 billion euros. The new owner has ambitious plans for Warta Tower. It intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the skyscraper, creating modern office space in accordance with the latest standards. Modernization work is scheduled to be completed by 2025, which will allow Warsaw to gain a new, innovative office facility meeting current market requirements.

The first company is a specialist in the field of glass architecture technology, offering modern solutions. In the Yareal Polska office complex, it will occupy 435 square meters on the 1st floor of the building. VisionCube, on the other hand, deals with videoconferencing systems and advanced IT projects. The company will open its showroom with an area of 181 square meters on the ground floor of the office building. One of the existing tenants, Advanced Power Solutions Poland, a world leader in battery production, decided to expand the occupied space by another 316 square meters. From the beginning of 2024, the headquarters of this company will include a total of over 1,000 square meters of modern office space on the 1st floor.Thanks to signing new lease agreements, LIXA C achieved a commercialization rate of 95 percent. The office building, which is part of the complex near Ronda Daszyńskiego, offers a total of 20,000 square meters of workspace. Currently under construction is the final phase of Yareal Polska's investment, which includes LIXA D and E office buildings. These two buildings will provide the capital market with a total of over 28,000 square meters of new office space. The planned completion date is respectively Q1 and Q2 2024. The total area of the entire complex will then be an impressive 77,000 square meters.
