Eurogate Logistics decided to rent a new office, which will facilitate the company's development and team scaling. The company's management decided on the MidPoint71 office building, located at ul. Construction of B10 office-hotel complex is coming to an end
Construction of the modern office-hotel complex B10 on the west side of Wroclaw, which is located next to the Magnolia shopping center, is coming to an end. The investment was carried out by Vastint Poland and was implemented at an express pace.The B10 complex is a modern building consisting of both an office and a hotel building, located at Bolkowska Street 10, on the eastern edge of the Fabryka district. The convenient location means that in the direct vicinity of the investment is Mikołajów train station and Magnolia shopping center. The wonderful location will certainly benefit both hotel guests and office users.The entire complex, including the building on Legnicka Street, occupies an area with a total usable area exceeding 20,000 square meters. It consists of two main buildings. The first is an impressive 6-floor office building, whose rental space is extremely flexible, adapted to various needs. The facade of the building was designed in two shades of gray, and its special division takes into account the specificity of the office function, guaranteeing optimal natural lighting for employees. The ground floor features a spacious reception, which was created by a renowned architectural studio from London.The B10 complex also offers a two-level underground garage with 337 parking spaces and a complex of changing rooms for cyclists, which promotes sustainable mobility of employees.Currently, final finishing work is underway, which includes the removal of scaffolding and film from the office building, thereby preparing it for final handover for use.
Warta Tower Sold for Over 63 Million Euros
One of the most recognizable office buildings in Warsaw has changed ownership. This is Warta Tower, an iconic skyscraper located at Chmielna Street that was sold for over 63 million euros. The facility offers a total of over 33,000 square meters of office rental space. A unique feature of this nearly 100-meter skyscraper is an interestingly designed lobby, which allows for any arrangement of space, as well as extensive glazing, ensuring excellent natural lighting of the interiors. Additionally, for the convenience of tenants, nearly 560 parking spaces are available. The previous owner of Warta Tower was a leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe - Globalworth. However, the company signed an agreement to sell the skyscraper to an entity associated with the Cornerstone Investment Management investment platform. The value of this transaction reaches over 63 million euros. Cornerstone Investment Management is a company engaged in the management of private equity, private equity real estate, private debt, and private equity investments, whose assets under management amount to 7 billion euros. The new owner has ambitious plans for Warta Tower. It intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the skyscraper, creating modern office space in accordance with the latest standards. Modernization work is scheduled to be completed by 2025, which will allow Warsaw to gain a new, innovative office facility meeting current market requirements.
Fregata park with construction approval
Szczecin-based NBQ received construction permission for an office complex called Fregata Park. As part of this investment, three office buildings with a total area of over 15,000 m² will be built.The start of the first construction work is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023 or the first quarter of 2024. The entire complex will be built in phases.Fregata Park is a complex of three modern B+ class office buildings, which together will provide the Szczecin office market with impressive space of 15,700 m². Each of the office buildings has its own unique parameters: Office Building A offers 5,900 m², B - 4,008 m², and C - 5,620 m² of modern workspace. Furthermore, the complex will provide over 250 parking spaces and will be equipped with electric car charging stations, allowing tenants to use environmentally friendly solutions. All office buildings will be equipped with two independent, quiet elevators, and will also offer access control, monitoring and 24-hour security, thereby providing tenants with an appropriate level of security.An important aspect is compliance with BREEM certificate requirements, which will be at least very good level. This means that the complex will be designed and implemented with care for ecological and energy-efficient solutions, which will contribute to the reduction of negative impact on the environment.
.KTW II with a new tenant
The office complex in the strict center of Katowice became the new headquarters of LKQ Europe. The company occupies two floors in the modern .KTW II skyscraper, located in a prestigious location, next to the International Congress Center, Spodek, and the headquarters of the Polish Radio National Symphony Orchestra.LKQ Europe GmbH, a subsidiary of LKQ Corporation with its headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, is a leader in the distribution of spare parts for passenger, commercial and industrial vehicles in Europe. The group includes inter alia Euro Car Parts, Fource, RHIAG Group, Elit, Auto Kelly, STAHLGRUBER Group and Atracco - a specialist in recycling. Additionally, LKQ holds minority stakes in Mekonomen Group.Before relocating to the new office in the .KTW II skyscraper, LKQ Europe occupied 450 sqm of space in the .KTW I building and currently occupies nearly 2,300 square meters of modern office space on the second and third floors..KTW II is a modern office complex offering a total of 39,900 sqm of workspace, located in close proximity to such important Katowice facilities as the International Congress Center, Spodek, and the headquarters of the Polish Radio National Symphony Orchestra. The entire .KTW complex comprises over 62,000 sqm of space. Both buildings are managed by Colliers.
LIXA C office building almost fully commercialized
After signing two new lease agreements and expanding the space occupied by one of the existing companies, the LIXA C office building, which is part of the complex near Ronda Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, is almost fully commercialized.The two new tenants of LIXA C office building are Glass System Polska and VisionCube. The first company is a specialist in the field of glass architecture technology, offering modern solutions. In the Yareal Polska office complex, it will occupy 435 square meters on the 1st floor of the building. VisionCube, on the other hand, deals with videoconferencing systems and advanced IT projects. The company will open its showroom with an area of 181 square meters on the ground floor of the office building. One of the existing tenants, Advanced Power Solutions Poland, a world leader in battery production, decided to expand the occupied space by another 316 square meters. From the beginning of 2024, the headquarters of this company will include a total of over 1,000 square meters of modern office space on the 1st floor.Thanks to signing new lease agreements, LIXA C achieved a commercialization rate of 95 percent. The office building, which is part of the complex near Ronda Daszyńskiego, offers a total of 20,000 square meters of workspace. Currently under construction is the final phase of Yareal Polska's investment, which includes LIXA D and E office buildings. These two buildings will provide the capital market with a total of over 28,000 square meters of new office space. The planned completion date is respectively Q1 and Q2 2024. The total area of the entire complex will then be an impressive 77,000 square meters.
Sky Tower New Headquarters for Space Sector Company
The Sky Tower skyscraper became the new headquarters for a space sector company - SatRev. This company comes from Wrocław and specializes in space activities, renting approximately 600 square meters of space, three times larger than its previous office and laboratories located in Praczach Odrzańskich. SatRev, which recently celebrated its seventh anniversary, currently manages as many as eleven of its own satellites in space and is intensively working on developing further projects. Their advanced engineering achievements are recognized on the market. The new headquarters in the Sky Tower skyscraper in Wrocław provides ideal conditions for the company's development. Spacious office and laboratory space will accommodate a total of 80 employees, who will work both in the office and laboratory sections. A new office building has been built opposite Silesia City Center
The Craft office building will be handed over for use by the end of Q3 this year. The Ghelamco investment consists of three overlapping cuboids and is already in the final phase of implementation.Craft is a modern class A office building offering 26,700 square meters of office space for rent. The 55-meter-tall building has a two-level underground parking with 218 parking spaces and an additional 28 spaces outside the building. The new headquarters of TVN Warner Bros. Discovery in Katowice will be located in an office building called Silesia Star. This leading company's offices on the Polish media market will occupy the fifth floor of this building with a total area of 500 sqm. The company's employees will move to the new office this month.
