Vibe is the first office building in Poland to have such a certificate
The VIBE office building belonging to Ghelamco, located in Warsaw's business center, received the prestigious DGNB New Buildings International 2020 certificate at Gold level, becoming the first office building in Poland with such recognition. This is confirmation that VIBE meets the highest standards of sustainable construction, combining innovative technologies with environmental care. DGNB certification evaluates projects in terms of ecology, economics and social aspects, making VIBE one of the most advanced office buildings in the country.The office building is distinguished not only by the DGNB certificate, but also by other prestigious awards, such as BREEAM Outstanding, Green Building Standard, Barrier-Free Facility and WELL pre-certification (ultimately WELL v2 Core). Its modern character is also emphasized by SmartScore and WiredScore certificates at the Platinum level, testifying to the highest standard of technological advancement. VIBE is also a unique project in terms of atmosphere – its musical DNA, enriched with a specially composed audio atmosphere, is the first such solution in Poland.With environmental care in mind, VIBE uses advanced technologies such as the Building Energy Management System (BEMS), which significantly reduces energy consumption, or pressure sewage reducing water consumption by as much as 75% annually. An InBin application was also used, analyzing the carbon footprint generated by tenant waste and optimizing its collection. During construction, materials with a reduced carbon footprint were used, and the surroundings were enriched with abundant vegetation – 18 trees 7 meters high and over 8,600 shrubs and perennials. Ultimately, the building will be powered 100% by clean energy, including from photovoltaic farms belonging to Ghelamco.
Office with the Best View of Krakow, Skyscraper Attracts Chain Store Tenants
The Shire-Beyond Coworking serviced office network rented approximately 1,800 sqm of space on three of the highest floors of the Unity Tower skyscraper in Krakow. Unity Tower is part of the larger Unity Centre complex, which is becoming a key point on Krakow's map, offering offices, restaurants, and the Radisson RED hotel.The new Shire coworking space will be part of this lifestyle venue, combining offices of international corporations with diverse attractions. The company plans to create a prestigious space that will attract both Polish entrepreneurs and international companies.Unity Centre is one of Krakow's largest business centers, offering over 50,000 sqm of space, including 17,000 sqm in Unity Tower. The complex also includes Unity Square, designed as a meeting and cultural event space. The process of renting space was supported by advisors from Walter Herz and JLL.
Towarowa 22 comes to life – we visit the construction site
Office House, which is the first phase of the multi-use Towarowa 22 investment in Warsaw, is entering the final phase of construction. The facade made of energy-efficient glass is almost complete, which according to the investors – AFI Europe and Echo Investment – will ensure optimal temperature throughout the year and significantly reduce energy consumption. Inside, final finishing work is underway, and a characteristic element of the complex is an openwork pavilion made of white concrete, which harmoniously complements the office building.Office House offers 32,000 sqm of office, retail and service space, most of which has already been rented. Among future users are companies such as emagine and Crowe. The building is part of a modern city-forming complex being built at the intersection of Towarowa, Pańska and Miedziana streets on Wola. The Towarowa 22 investment includes not only office space, but also residential spaces and a park with elements of the former Polish Word House hall, creating an open space for workers and visitors.Right next to Office House is the first residential building being built as part of the Towarowa 22 project, offering luxury apartments under the Archicom Collection brand. The investment aims to create a modern urban space that combines office, retail, residential and recreational functions, giving this part of Warsaw a new urban dimension.
Construction of new skyscraper in Warsaw is coming to an end
Construction of Ghelamco's flagship investment – the 174-meter skyscraper The Bridge at Plac Europejski – is nearing completion. The impressive silhouette, resembling a polished diamond, is now fully visible after the dismantling of scaffolding and cranes. Construction crews have completed the installation of glass panels and characteristic "razor blades" on the facade, and are now intensively working on finishing the interiors of both the skyscraper and the adjoining historic Bellona.The interiors of The Bridge impress with their scale and architecture. Through huge sheets of glass you can see a magnificent hall, dominated by shades of wood, gray stone and concrete stained in the mass. The impression of spaciousness is enhanced by the height of 18 meters and monumental pillars arranged in the shape of the letter V. Elegance is added by wide stairs leading to the mezzanine and lush greenery in large pots. Equally impressive is the renovated hall of the historic Bellona building with colonnade, stucco and forged cast iron railings. Also noteworthy is the new atrium with a panoramic elevator and a skylight letting in natural light.The Bridge is an example of modern architecture that combines innovative technologies with the highest standards of sustainable construction. The skyscraper is equipped with advanced energy management systems, low-emission materials and ecological solutions, which is confirmed by numerous certificates, including SmartScore and WiredScore at the highest platinum level. The building will be energy neutral, powered 100% by clean energy and equipped with a Signal OS system that enables sustainable utility management and contactless movement around the building. Handover for use is planned for April of this year, and The Bridge is already shaping up to be one of the most modern and prestigious buildings in Warsaw.
Implementation of the first phase of Tischnera Green Park is beginning in Krakow
In Krakow, at Wadowicka 14 Street, the implementation of the new multi-use Tischnera Green Park complex is beginning. The investor of the project is Polish company Stalprodukt S.A. from Bochnia. The complex will be built in the Podgórze district, right next to the Kreo office building, and ultimately will include several buildings with a total usable area of over 100 thousand sqm.The first phase of the investment includes the construction of a modern 11-story office building, of which two will be underground. The office space available for rent will be 24 thousand sqm, and the underground garage will have 384 parking spaces. The building will be built at the intersection of Wadowicka and Tischnera streets, and its main entrance, emphasized by a characteristic two-story underpass, will be located from Wadowicka Street. The front facade will be decorated with a clock.Tischnera Green Park will be implemented in accordance with the highest environmental standards, which is confirmed by the preliminary BREEAM assessment at the "Outstanding" level (98.94%). The office building will use, among other things, a trigeneration system, combining the production of heat, cold and electricity. The architectural design is the responsibility of Krakow's Q-Arch office. Completion of the first phase of construction is planned for August 31, 2027.

Warsaw's Wola Center complex almost completely leased
Promatic, Poland's largest manufacturer of gaming automats and systems for the gambling industry, rented an office in the Wola Center complex. The company signed a 6-year lease agreement covering 1,200 sqm of office space on the 6th floor and parking spaces. Thanks to this transaction, the building's commercialization level exceeded 93%. Negotiations were conducted without the involvement of an external agent on the tenant's side, and Hines was advised by the DPPA law firm.Located at Przyokopowa Street 33, Wola Center is a prestigious building offering 34,930 sqm of office, coworking and commercial space. Tenants have at their disposal green terraces, elegant patio, infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. The complex also provides 370 parking spaces, of which 249 are designated for tenants. Gdańsk company Mercor opens new headquarters

BNP Paribas again chooses Warsaw's Prime building
BNP Paribas signed a new agreement extending the lease in the Warsaw Prime office building, covering 6,630 sqm of office space. This building serves as comprehensive support for four bank companies, including offices serving the Wealth Management segment and companies providing leasing, insurance and real estate advisory services. In the contract negotiations, the bank was supported by the Office Rental Department of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, headed by Malgorzata Fibakiewicz and Dorota Mielke.In the summer of 2024, BNP Paribas CIB, specializing in corporate banking, increased its office space in Prime to 851 sqm. CIB serves institutional clients such as other banks, insurance companies, investment funds and the State Treasury, conducting operations on financial and treasury markets and developing services for strategic clients. Prime has become a key place supporting the development of this unit's activities.The Prime building, located at Grzybowska Street 78 in the dynamically developing Wola district, offers over 20,000 sqm of class A office space on 23 floors and a five-level underground parking with spaces for cars and bicycles. New agent for Jerozolimskie Business Park
The BNM - Real Estate Advisory consulting firm was selected as the new exclusive agent responsible for renting office space in the Jerozolimskie Business Park complex, owned by Apollo Rida.
