Skyliner II begins the process of raising structures above ground level

Skyliner II begins the process of raising structures above ground level

At the Skyliner II construction site, foundation pouring has been completed, allowing the transition to the aboveground construction phase. This process was demanding, especially in the densely built-up downtown Warsaw, where precise planning and organization of material deliveries were of key importance. Nearly 40 specialists participated in the underground work, including reinforcing engineers, carpenters and foundation insulation experts.Skyliner II foundations were built using the subfloor method, which enabled successive pouring of floor slabs and conducting earthwork to the target level. The foundation slab, ranging in thickness from 1.9 to 4.9 meters, consists of a low-emission concrete mixture, and loads are transferred to the ground through barrettes reaching 39 meters deep into the ground, ensuring building stability.Currently, work is focused on the "0" level, which will be the basis for further stages. The next step will be the construction of a podium of 4,500 m², connecting Skyliner II with the first tower of the complex. In the coming months, repetitive floors will be created, which will ultimately form a 28-story building 130 meters high. Completion of construction is planned for the end of 2026.

Skyliner II is now firmly established on its foundation

Skyliner II, the sister high-rise of the office complex in the heart of Warsaw's Wola, developed by Karimpol Polska, is now solidly anchored on the foundation – foundation work has just been completed. The construction of Skyliner II is taking place under difficult conditions of urban development. Thanks to the use of the subfloor method, it is possible to create successive floor slabs on the surface of the site and gradually remove soil until reaching the target depth. The slabs are supported by temporary columns and are anchored in a diaphragm wall, which ensures its stability. The foundation of the building is a slab ranging in thickness from 1.9 to 4.9 meters, made from 4,700 m³ of low-emission concrete mixture. Loads are transferred to the ground through barrettes reaching 39 meters deep into the ground.About 40 people participated in the construction of the underground part of Skyliner II, including reinforcing engineers, carpenters, insulation specialists and underground equipment operators. Due to the proximity of the intensively operated Daszyńskiego Roundabout and the vicinity of the tenants of the first Skyliner tower, the organization of material deliveries to the construction site via Prosta Street was a major challenge.Currently, work is focused on building the "0" level, which will become the basis for further stages of the investment. In the next step, a shared podium of 4,500 m² will be built, connecting the new tower with the first building of the complex. Then work will begin on the office floors, ultimately creating a 28-story building 130 meters high. The completion of Skyliner II construction is planned for the end of 2026.The architectural design was prepared by APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio, and the management of the investment on the developer's side is handled by Hill International. The commercialization of the tower is handled by the CBRE Poland team.

Maris Business Center in Szczecin Gains New Tenant

Maris Business Center in Szczecin Gains New Tenant

EBZ Design Engineering Sp. z o.o. decided on Maris Business Center in Szczecin, choosing this modern office building as the headquarters of its Szczecin branch. The new space occupies approximately 600 m² of Class A office space, located at Hołdu Pruskiego Square 9. The company was looking for an office that would meet high technical standards and would be properly connected with the rest of the city, making it easier for employees to commute daily. The decision of EBZ Design Engineering Sp. z o.o. fits the growing demand for Class A office space in Szczecin, where the availability of such spaces remains limited. Local offices often decide to renegotiate lease agreements, and there are more of such cases than new transactions. The situation on the Szczecin office market is distinguished from larger cities like Warsaw, Wroclaw or Krakow, where tenant rotation is greater. The selection of office space by EBZ Design Engineering Sp. z o.o. took place with the support of an advisor - Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o., specializing in commercial real estate.
