LUX MED Group joined the group of tenants of The Park Krakow office complex, opening a dental clinic there.The Park Krakow complex will eventually consist of 8 office buildings, offering approximately 100 thousand m² of high quality rental space.LUX MED Group, which is part of the international Bupa company, which operates as an insurance provider and medical services provider worldwide, occupied almost 900 m² of space in building B1 as part of the commercialization of The Park Krakow complex. The LUX MED Stomatology clinic in The Park Krakow was equipped with 12 dental offices and a diagnostic imaging laboratory. It offers a wide range of medical services, including conservative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implantology, orthodontics and pediatric dentistry.LUX MED Stomatology clinic in The Park Krakow began operations in May of this year.
Warsaw office building Skyliner fully commercialized
The Warsaw office building Skyliner is fully leased. Karimpol Polska signed a lease agreement for the last available office space in this building. The tenant is one of Poland's leading renewable energy developers, which will occupy approximately 1,500 m², the entire seventh floor. Skyliner, one of the seven tallest office buildings in Poland, is 195 meters tall and was handed over for use in January 2021 as the first part of the office complex. The building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is 100% powered by renewable energy sources. The total office space available for lease is 45,000 m² and is now fully commercialized.
Ericsson Extends Agreement at Warsaw's Park Rozwoju
Park Rozwoju, a modern Class A office complex managed by EPP, extended cooperation with Ericsson. Located in a green, business Mokotow in Warsaw, Park Rozwoju consists of two 7-story buildings with a total area of 34,540 m². The agreement with Ericsson concerns the lease of an office with an area of almost 1,500 m², which will be modernized and made available to employees in September of this year. Ericsson, a global provider of services and support for telecom operators, offers including fixed and mobile network infrastructure, broadband internet and multimedia solutions. The company is also an active promoter of 5G technology in Poland. Structure of Swobodna SPOT building is rising from the ground
The Swobodna SPOT office building in downtown Wrocław, which will have 11 floors, will welcome its first tenants in a year. The Echo Investment project at Swobodna 60 Street is proceeding according to plan. The building structure is rising – one floor is added every 3 weeks, and in half a year the building will reach its target height.Construction of the underground part of the first building of the complex has been completed, which will include two office buildings with a total area of 42.8 thousand m² and a green urban passage. The project was created by Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. Currently, finishing and installation work is underway, and the ground floors of the buildings will include a restaurant, cafe, cycling infrastructure and spaces for informal meetings.The ground floor work has been completed, and the structure of the second floor is currently being completed. In the summer, the installation of the first glass facade panels is planned to begin. A symbolic topping-out ceremony, marking the achievement of the highest structural point, will be held on the first stage of Swobodna SPOT in January 2025.Swobodna SPOT office buildings will receive BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, thanks to the application of sustainable construction solutions. Energy-efficient technologies, such as partial green energy supply or the use of gray water for watering plants and flushing toilets, will be climate-friendly. Building users will have access to electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle stands and changing rooms with showers. Echo Investment cares about optimal energy and water management and construction waste monitoring even at the implementation stage.

Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni network opened a new bakery in the Ogrodowa 8 Office building belonging to Warimpex, in the heart of Łódź. An IT company relocated its regional office in Krakow to a new location. The branch of the international company rented space in the multifunctional Browar Lubicz complex, occupying over 1,200 sqm in building G.Sollers Consulting, a company specializing in IT services and business consulting, especially for the insurance industry, chose this location due to its central position. The complex is located in the heart of Krakow, in direct proximity to the Main Railway Station, close to strategic city points, such as Mogilskie Roundabout and Main Market Square.Browar Lubicz is a mixed-use investment that combines elements of the traditional architecture of the former brewery with modern construction.
Fimedica becomes new tenant of LIXA D building
The group of tenants at LIXA City Gardens has expanded with another company – the Fimedica medical clinic, which rented 360 m² of space on the ground floor of the LIXA D building. The LIXA project, located near Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw, offers not only the highest quality office space, but also space with charming cafes and restaurants as well as high-quality services within LIXA City Gardens.On 4000 m² of modern space on the ground floors of individual buildings, numerous retail, service and gastronomic outlets are being created. The Fimedica Center will occupy 360 m² on the ground floor of the LIXA D building. Fimedica Clinic, with a highly specialized team of doctors, offers broad expertise and experience in treating both adults and children. New Lobby in Office Complex in City Center
The Lumen and Skylight office buildings, offering a total of over 45,000 sqm of space, underwent a lobby makeover, becoming one of the most prestigious buildings in Warsaw. Designers from the Workplaces department of Globalworth Poland and architects from the MIXD studio focused on utilizing the interior assets and creating a space that visually refers to the names of the Skylight and Lumen buildings. The architectural concept included several key elements: warm, comfortable lighting, natural materials such as granite and limestone, new design and meeting and relaxation zones for tenants and guests. Reception areas were redesigned into functional common areas intended for meetings and guest service. The new lobby was furnished with ergonomic furniture, plenty of greenery, and finishing and decorative elements that emphasize the minimalist and elegant character of the interiors. Changes also affected the external part of the building, where doors were replaced with revolving doors and the visual identification was updated. Building entrances were adapted for people with disabilities. Skylight and Lumen are among the best known and most prestigious office buildings in Warsaw, offering comfortable spaces meeting the needs of the most demanding companies. Tenants appreciate their location in the strict city center and direct proximity to the Zlote Tarasy shopping center. Both buildings entered the Globalworth portfolio in 2018. ZUS with a new office in Krakow office building
The Bonarka for Business business park gained a new tenant. The Social Insurance Institution signed a lease agreement for 2,400 sqm of office space in Building D. ZUS currently serves as the main body of the state social security system.The Bonarka for Business (B4B) office complex consists of eight class A buildings, offering a total of 75,000 sqm of rental space. In 2022, Revetas Capital invested in creating a new amenity for employees – "B4B Oasis". This green space with an area of 5,820 sqm, built on the plan of an amphitheater, was designed as an innovative place for work, meetings and relaxation.
