Tetra Pak changes office in Warsaw
Tetra Pak, a company specializing in food processing and packaging, leased approximately 1.2 thousand sqm of space in the Warsaw office building Lakeside on Mokotów. The Swedish company, employing nearly 24,000 employees in 160 countries, including in Poland, will relocate its Warsaw headquarters to Lakeside on June 1, 2024. The office building on Mokotów attracts renowned tenants thanks to its convenient location and numerous amenities, such as a catering facility with a cafe, cycling infrastructure, car charging stations, bicycles and e-scooters, and a unique view of the adjacent park and lake. Toshiba Changes Office in Warsaw
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions joins the tenants of Oxygen Park in Warsaw. New tenant in Gdansk office building
Already in July of this year, a team of engineers from Semco Maritime will move into the K2 office building in Gdansk. The international company rented over 1,200 sqm in the building realized by Vastint Poland.Semco Maritime employs approximately 2,400 employees in Denmark and in regional offices in Norway, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, United States, Vietnam and Singapore.K2 is a six-story office building located near the Wzgorze sw. Masterlease Group Expands Tenant Base of Krakow's Unity Centre Complex

EY Extends Lease in Lodz Office Building
EY extended its lease for over 1,400 sqm of office space in the Imagine complex in Lodz.The company joined the Imagine complex tenants in 2019. The EY Lodz offices are located in building A, at the intersection of Piłsudski and Śmigłego-Rydza avenues. The negotiation process was supported by EY's Real Estate Advisory Team.The Imagine complex consists of three buildings in Class A technical standards. Two six-story buildings offer a combined 17,200 sqm of commercial space—14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail and service space. The third building is an above-ground garage offering 356 parking spaces and 49 double bicycle racks.
Large office building in Gdańsk changed ownership
Torus sold the Format office building in Gdańsk, which is the first such large transaction on the regional markets in Poland since 2022. Greenstone, a fund specializing in private equity investments, purchased almost 80% stake in the special purpose company that owns this office building, while approximately 20% stake remains with Torus Group. The Greenstone Fund, focusing on the Polish office market and investing capital from international private and institutional investors, returned to Tri-City after selling the Tensor building in 2022.The Format office building, offering almost 16 thousand m² of modern office space, is located in the business part of Gdańsk, on the border of Oliwa and Przymorze Małe. Office complex in Warsaw changed ownership
Metron office building on Warsaw's Mokotów changed ownership. The property was sold by a Polish company belonging to Patrizia Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungs GMBH. Alides Polska, a subsidiary of Belgian developer Alides, and AYA Properties Fund announced the joint acquisition of the Metron office building in Warsaw. Metron, located at Aleja Niepodległości 69, is in the prestigious Mokotów district, a key north-south artery in Warsaw. Its location above the M1 metro station - Wierzbno Station, provides tenants with a convenient 8-minute commute to the city center. An additional advantage is the proximity of numerous amenities in the dynamically developing Mokotów district. The Metron building offers 9 floors with a total gross office area of over 9,700 m². The property has BREEAM Very Good certification, which confirms its commitment to sustainable development and efficient operation. This acquisition fits perfectly with Alides' Property Upcycling Strategy and AYA Properties Fund's ESG strategy. INTENSE Group Becomes New Tenant of Vinci Business Center
Polish manufacturer and provider of IT solutions - INTENSE Group - has joined the tenants of Vinci Business Center. The company's new office will be arranged in approximately 700 m2 of space. The company will move to the office building in July 2024. Vinci Business Center offers 20,000 m2 of office space on twelve floors. The building was equipped with modern installations and durable construction materials, which minimizes maintenance costs and the need for repairs. Vinci Business Center received BREEAM in Use certificate at Excellent level and WELL Health-Safety certificate, which ensures that the building is friendly to the health of people working in it. WELL certification requires annual verification, which obligates owners and managers to constant control and improvement of the building. Because the building is certified and energy-efficient, it perfectly meets the needs of future tenants. Vinci office building is located at the main transportation arteries of Krakow, near the intersection of national roads 7 and 79. Office building on Wola will soon be ready
Construction of a modern office building on Towarowa Street on Warsaw's Wola is coming to an end. The Ghelamco investment has just received confirmation of its highest level of technological advancement.Vibe is a Ghelamco office complex being built on a plot on Towarowa Street on Warsaw's Wola. Construction of the first building is coming to an end, and the building received the highest Platinum rating in WiredScore certification as well as SmartScore. The Vibe A office building offers tenants access to reliable digital infrastructure at the highest level. SmartScore certification evaluates the technological parameters of buildings and digital functionalities available to users and operators. Receiving the platinum rating by the Warsaw Ghelamco office building means that the building has advanced intelligent features that improve user experiences, increase operational efficiency and support sustainable practices. The building will be equipped with a modern Building Energy Management System (BEMS), allowing for a significant reduction in energy consumption. Ultimately, Vibe is to be fully powered by clean energy.
