Warsaw's T-Mobile Office Park with New Space for Employees
Tenants of the complex at Marynarskiej 12 can now enjoy a new gym and training room. The modern fitness zone includes a cardio zone, free weights area, yoga room and group classes. AFI Europe, the owner and manager of T-Mobile Office Park, is modernizing the office building space in Warsaw's Mokotow. Employees of companies operating in the complex have free access to the new fitness zone. The architectural firm A+D is responsible for the space arrangement. Soon, the surroundings of the building at Marynarskiej 12 will be enriched with new amenities, including a relaxation zone by the cafeteria and a green pavilion in the courtyard. In about half a year, the reconstruction of Suwak Street will be completed, which will further improve access to the office building. The common areas by the cafeteria will also be refreshed with new furniture and lighting. In the courtyard in front of the building, a new green rest area is planned, with an open pavilion planted with vegetation, serving as a place for informal meetings and relaxation in the fresh air. T-Mobile Office Park is an office complex in Warsaw's Mokotow, belonging to AFI Europe. The seven-story building offers a total of 40 thousand sqm of high-class office space and has BREEAM environmental certificate at Excellent level, attesting to low energy and water consumption. There is also a Costa Coffee cafe and a popular Food Market cafeteria on the premises. The complex is conveniently located near public transport stops and PKP "Warszawa Służewiec" railway station, which makes it easy to reach from every district of Warsaw. Tenants have at their disposal 1,400 underground parking spaces. Within a short walk is also the Westfield Mokotow shopping center.
New tenants in Gdanski Business Center
The new tenant of the Gdański Business Center complex is Story House Egmont, which is part of a Scandinavian media group. Currently, it is one of the largest publishers of magazines, comics and board games for children and youth in the country. The Polish branch was founded in 1990. Story House Egmont will rent 925 sqm of office space from August 1, 2024.Another new tenant is Aviva Service Excellence Centre, which has been operating in Poland for 13 years and offers expert services in the field of actuarial science, IT, data science, CISO, finance and risk.Gdański Business Center is a modern complex of four class A office buildings, located in the center of Warsaw, belonging to the portfolio of Savills Investment Management. The complex offers a total of 101,000 sqm of space and was created in two phases: in 2014 and 2016. In addition to office spaces, the complex has a café, beauty salon, kindergarten, medical centers, Zdrofit fitness club and a publicly accessible courtyard with greenery and small architecture.Gdański Business Center offers 1,379 underground parking spaces and 76 above-ground spaces, as well as infrastructure for cyclists, including 416 bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers. Among the key tenants of the business park are Allianz, KPMG, Mazovian Unit for Implementing EU Programs, Provident, Philip Morris, Euronet, Nielsen and Dell.
Office building in Szczecin sold
SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa Real Estate Investment Management, purchased the fully leased Lastadia Office building from Greenstone Asset Management. The office building is located on an island on the western bank of the Oder River in Szczecin. This is another transaction in regional office markets involving Greenstone, a fund specializing in private equity investments. In early June, Greenstone announced the purchase of the Format office building in Gdansk.Szczecin is currently characterized by the lowest vacancy rate among the main office markets in Poland. This is the result of stable demand with limited supply, which may motivate real estate funds to invest in this region.
New cafe in Warsaw's Lakeside office building
Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni will open their bakery-cafe on the ground floor of the Lakeside office building, which is 90% commercialized. Enata Bread group outlets are created in office buildings, residential complexes, city centers, shopping malls, train stations and transportation hubs. The group develops brands such as Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z Piekarni, and the next outlet will open in the Warsaw Lakeside complex on Mokotów. The new venue will occupy space on the ground floor of the building and, in addition to a standard assortment, will also offer a mini delicatessen - "The Gourmet Shelf", which will contain complementary products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, such as ready-made dishes, preserves and juices. The Lakeside building is located at ul. Szturmowa 2 in Warsaw and is distinguished by a location with a view of the park and lake. The area is well communicated: next to it is the University of Warsaw, and within walking distance is the Służew metro station. Metro station Wilanowska is three tram stops away. There are also other tram and bus stops nearby, and the journey to Chopin Airport takes several minutes. The office building obtained BREEAM certification at the highest "Outstanding" level and WELL certification at the "Gold" level.
Lodz Office Complex Has New Tenants
The Lodz office complex Symetris Business Park signed lease agreements for nearly 1,300 sqm of space. The company, operating for over three decades, will occupy 210 sqm of office space.Symetris Business Park is a complex of two Class A office buildings with a total area of over 19,000 sqm. Designed with the goal of creating an inspiring and friendly work environment, as confirmed by BREEAM certifications at the Excellent level and WELL HSR rating. The building's modern architecture, with its delicate and elegant structure, refers to Lodz's historical heritage.The owners of Symetris Business Park are Henderson Park, holding 70% stake, and EPP, holding 30%, which is also responsible for managing the complex.
New investor enters Łódź
International technology company Amagi will open an office in Łódź, choosing the React office building as its headquarters. The official opening of the new office will take place on June 25. Saski Crescent obtained WELL pre-certification

Activity in Warsaw's Wola Center office building
Hines announced a new tenant in the Warsaw Wola Center office building and extended an agreement with a long-term client. An IT company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), moved into the building. The long-term agreement with TCS was signed in the fourth quarter of 2023, and the new tenant rented over 3,650 sqm of office space. After the completion of design work, at the end of May, the TCS logo appeared on top of the building. Tata Consultancy Services, India's largest IT company, has been operating in the Polish market since 2006. The company creates business IT solutions using, among other things, cloud technologies and artificial intelligence, and provides IT consulting services to enterprises.At the same time, Hines extended the agreement with a long-term tenant of Wola Center, FaktorOne (formerly Idea Money). The company, with its headquarters at Przyokopowa Street 33 since 2012, signed a new long-term contract for the lease of approximately 470 sqm of space. FaktorOne has been providing factoring services for small and medium enterprises and individual business activities from various industries for over a decade.The Wola Center complex, located at Przyokopowa Street 33 in Warsaw's Wola district, is excellently located, with close access to key transport hubs, metro and Warsaw Ochota railway station. It offers office, coworking and commercial space with a total area of 34,930 sqm, as well as high-class amenities, such as an elegant patio, green terraces and comprehensive infrastructure for cyclists. Tenants also have at their disposal a parking lot with 121 public spaces and 249 designated for tenants, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. Olivia Centre expands the ranks of tenants
Viterra, a company specializing in the grain market, opened its new offices in Olivia Centre. They are located on the top floor of the newest building. The office, located on the 14th floor, offers panoramic views of the Gdansk Bay, cliffs in Orlowo, the sailing marina in Sopot and the green Tri-City Landscape Park. The office area is over 1,400 sqm and includes a private terrace on the 15th floor, equipped with lounge furniture, sunbeds and greenery.The office interior design was prepared by the Design Anatomy architectural studio, combining the biophilic design concept with the power art trend.Olivia Prime is one of only four buildings in Poland with a fully glazed triple-glazed facade, which ensures optimal lighting in autumn and winter, improving employee well-being. In spring and summer, the facade prevents overheating of the interior, guaranteeing thermal comfort even on very sunny days. During winter and autumn months, it enables greater access to daylight, which is key to health and well-being.Viterra joins other companies from the food industry that have their offices in Olivia Centre. Previously, Paula Fish opened its office here, employing over 800 people.
NATEK Poland opens new office in Wrocław and strengthens its position in the region
