Hexe Capital moves to Wroclaw's Quorum complex
The multifunctional Quorum complex, located on the Odra River in Wroclaw and belonging to the Cavatina Group, has acquired another tenant from the IT industry. The Hexe Capital Group plans to move to the Quorum D building, occupying approximately 720 m² of office space on the fourth floor. Cavatina Holding is responsible for the office arrangement.In the process of finding a new headquarters, Hexe Capital was supported by the Iglica Nieruchomości advisory agency. Hexe Capital S.A. is a technological hub that implements online projects within the "venture building" model. The company's portfolio includes a wide range of services for various industries and target groups. The companies in the Hexe Group include, among others, KODA, which offers solutions for automating business processes using artificial intelligence, Ambiscale, specializing in creating and maintaining websites and e-commerce, as well as providing cybersecurity and digital accessibility services. Other companies include Insightland, which brings together experts in data-driven services and provides analytical and SEO services for Poland's largest brands, and Boostsite, which provides SEO solutions in the SaaS model and automates blog content creation using AI. Thanks to such broad competencies, Hexe Capital has acquired a strong position on the global IT market, serving hundreds of clients from different countries.Due to dynamic growth, Hexe Capital decided to move its office to the Quorum D building, which is part of Lower Silesia's largest mixed-use complex. This facility, offering modern office space with a high standard, is located in the city center, right on the Odra River. The Quorum D office building has over 16,200 m² of class A office space on six floors and about 1,000 m² of retail and commercial space. The building is distinguished by the combination of modern architecture and historic brick elements, giving it a unique character.
Additional gastronomic offer at Varso Place
HB Reavis, a company managing commercial real estate, signed new lease agreements covering over 1,000 m² of space in the Varso Place complex in Warsaw. Soon, new gastronomic establishments such as Palms Burger, Tai Din, Yashi Sushi, Wybitnie Nieznani restaurant, Semifreddo pastry shop and Vino&Vino shop will be added to the commercial offer of this modern complex. Varso Place is a team of three office buildings, located at Chmielna Street, which is partly the tallest tower in the European Union - Varso Tower. New restaurants and service points will open by the end of the year. Palms Burger will serve smash burgers, and the offer will also include smoothies and ice cream. Tai Din will invite lovers of Asian cuisine to dishes inspired by the flavors of Thailand, Vietnam and India, while Japanese cuisine enthusiasts will be attracted by Yashi Sushi. A novelty on the Warsaw culinary scene will be the Wybitnie Nieznani restaurant, and the Semifreddo pastry shop will surprise with a wide selection of desserts and fresh bread based on natural ingredients. The Vino&Vino shop will provide a variety of wines and spirits, as well as delicacies such as cheeses, pasta and fresh fish and seafood. The current gastronomic offer at Varso Place includes restaurants such as Quattro Formaggi, Salad Story, Meet&Eat, cafés Green Caffè Nero and Gorąco Polecam and Vincent bakery. The complex also has Rossmann, Żabka, Paper Concept, Relay stores, Hair & Nail Spa salon, Enterprise Rent-a-Car car rental and Mr Wash car wash. Soon, a Voxel diagnostic center, Kantor1913 exchange office and Eko Top laundry will open there. On the Varso Place grounds, NYX Warsaw hotel, Zdrofit fitness club and PZU Zdrowie medical center are already operating. Next year, the opening of the Magnicity Warsaw observation terrace and bar is planned.
Nutri Catering & Events in Trinity One Building
Nutri Catering & Events, a brand belonging to Nutri Mind Group, has leased nearly 600 m² of office, warehouse and service space in the Trinity One building, located at Domaniewska Street 52 in Warsaw's Służewiec district. Nutri Catering & Events is one of the leading players in the market for event organization and catering for companies. Nutri Mind Group also includes such brands as the MEET & EAT restaurant chain operating in prestigious office buildings, CUPS & MUGS cafes, and Atmosfera restaurants in business hotels. Trinity One is a Class A office building offering a total of 19,275 m² of modern office space. The building is located in the dynamically developing Warsaw Służewiec district, which is characterized by well-developed and constantly modernized transport infrastructure. New roads and public transport lines are being created nearby, facilitating access to the district. The area has stops for three tram lines, two bus lines and Warszawa Służewiec railway station. Tenants of Trinity One also include companies such as T-Mobile, Lux Med, Polcast Media, and Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions, which operates its training center in the building.
Tenants Decide to Stay Longer in Warsaw's Diuna
More companies have decided to extend their office space rental agreements in the Diuna complex, owned by Syrena Real Estate. Diuna, previously known as Marynarska Business Park, underwent thorough modernization thanks to the owner's efforts. On Służewiec, Colgate and LUX MED remain. LUX MED not only extended its lease for space of over 880 m², but also opened a new Mental Health Clinic "Harmonia", occupying over 270 m². The new facility is a response to growing demand for specialized mental health care. Patients have the opportunity to use consultations in-person, by phone, and video calls. The clinic offers psychiatric and psychological consultations for children and adults, individual therapy, couples and family therapy, support groups, and diagnoses of disorders such as autism and ADHD. Colgate-Palmolive Services (Poland), a global leader in the production of oral hygiene products, also extended its lease. The company has been operating in the complex at Taśmowa Street 7 since 2008 and is known for promoting oral health and education in this area. The Diuna complex underwent modernization, including revitalization of external areas and reconstruction of the lobbies of four buildings. The former concrete parking lot of 6,000 m² was converted into a publicly accessible park with 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. On a total area of 46,000 m² their offices include Accord, NewCold, Carrier Chłodnictwo, Colgate, Daikin Europe, Eurocash, Ford, Intrum, JDE, JDE Peet's, Oceanic, S.C Johnson, FOUNDEVER, Business Lease, Leasing Team, and WDX. The complex also has a LUX MED clinic and Gorąco Polecam cafe and bakery. The complex offers 1,200 parking spaces on three underground garage levels.
Gdansk Garrison Hiro with a new tenant
Seargin, an international technology and consulting company, rented over 1,900 sqm of space in the Garrison Hiro office building in Gdansk, expanding its office. The new space, designed according to ESG principles, increases work comfort, enables the organization of international meetings and raises operational standards.Seargin operates in 50 countries and employs 650 people, specializing in technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Workday and Salesforce as well as advanced industrial solutions. The company is growing dynamically, opening offices in London, Madrid, Berlin and New York, and also planning further expansion.The Garrison Hiro office building offers 6,000 sqm of office space and 150 parking spaces. Located at ul. Chrzanowskiego in Gdansk Wrzeszcz, it is distinguished by a modern, fully glazed facade and proximity to major communication arteries, which enables quick access to the railway station and airport. Arena Advisory, a Polish consulting firm, moves to Warsaw's P180 office building. Modern office spaces in P180 will become not only a place of work, but also a center of innovation and business strategy, supporting clients in achieving their goals. Arena Advisory offers comprehensive consulting in the field of taxes, accounting, law and digital solutions. The use of low-carbon concrete during construction was the first such solution in this part of Europe. Office building in Krakow changed hands
Eika Asset Management, which is part of a Lithuanian investment management group, acquired the .big office building in Krakow. This building is located at Zielińskiego Street 3, in the southern part of the city, not far from the center, in the vicinity of Skały Twardowskiego Park and Zakrzówek reservoir. Eika Asset Management is a Lithuanian asset manager belonging to the Eika Group, which manages a portfolio of properties differentiated by market segments. The first investment of the Lithuanian Eika Real Estate Fund in Poland was the purchase of the Warsaw business center Celebro. The director of Eika Asset Management, Viktorija Venclovaitė Orkinė, announces the continuation of investments in Poland, including logistics facilities, offices and shopping parks. The .big office building is a boutique Class A facility with an area of 10,800 m², distinguished by convenient location close to the center of Krakow. The building offers approximately 5 above-ground and 125 underground parking spaces and full cycling infrastructure. One of the main tenants is State Street Bank, a global financial services provider. Built by Ghelamco, the five-story office building provides approximately 10,000 m² of office space for rent, with a typical floor of approximately 2,100 m². The building has a BREEAM certificate and is equipped with modern technical solutions, including 5 electric car charging stations.
The first class A office building will be built in Rzeszow
In spring 2025, construction will begin on the first class A office building in Rzeszow. The long-planned Corner Point building underwent major design changes. Although the investment had been discussed for some time, construction was scheduled to begin in 2021, but the investor, Lemax, had to change the concept due to lack of approval to approach neighboring plots.The original project was created by the Rzeszow MWM Architekci studio, which is also the author of the current version. The project underwent significant metamorphosis – compared to the 2021 version, the object's surface, building concept, facades and color changed. In the new version, Corner Point will have a black facade.The office building will be located at a key point in Rzeszow, at the intersection of Cieplinski and Zygmuntowska streets. In the new version, the building will offer 6,000 m² of office space on six floors, and retail outlets will be located on the ground floor. Two levels of underground garages and bicycle parking spaces are planned under the building. The project refers to the tradition of compact, downtown architecture of Polish cities. Corner Point Rzeszow will be certified at LEED GOLD level.
TV Republika will broadcast from Blue Tower in Warsaw
TV Republika, which previously operated in Warsaw's Muranow at Pawiej Street 55, decided to change its headquarters due to the dynamic development of the station.The new address will be Blue Tower, one of the most recognizable buildings in the capital, located at Bank Square, opposite Warsaw City Hall.The move is the result of growing needs for production space and an increasing editorial team, which currently numbers several hundred people. In the new office, three television studios are planned, although details of this project have not yet been disclosed.The move to Blue Tower may take place even before the end of the year. This building, measuring 120 meters in height, was erected at the site of the former Great Synagogue, destroyed by the Germans after the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943. Its construction began in the 1960s, but was not completed until 1991.
Ayvens moves to P180 office building in Warsaw
Ayvens Poland is relocating to a new headquarters in the P180 office building, located right next to Wilanowska metro station in Warsaw. The company, a new brand created by ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, global leaders in vehicle rental and leasing, decided to move to the new office in connection with the merger of both companies. As a result of the merger, the need arose to move to a common space that meets the highest environmental standards and provides convenient access to public transportation. P180, located in an environment of green areas designed by Skanska, offers a wide range of amenities, including a glazed bicycle storage with street entrance, a service station, locker rooms, showers, as well as parking and electric vehicle charging stations.
