The modern Class A office building will reach seven stories and offer about 15,000 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 13,000 sqm will be high-end office space. The first floor of the building will provide space for retail and service establishments. The building is scheduled for completion in 2022. The building will also feature a number of amenities for its users, such as underground parking, bicycle infrastructure and an electric vehicle charging station, for example. The Dor Plaza building is being constructed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines and has been awarded a Very Good rating. The office building is also characterized by a specific shape resembling the letter Z.

Werner plating plants, and the post-World War II Warsaw Metal Rolling Mill.
